Hotel fantastico in zona tranquilla a pochi passi dal centro di Orsogna.

Hotel appena fuori dal paese di Orsogna, con bella vista sulla Maiella. Tranquillo, silenzioso, con parcheggio privato, reception sempre aperta, aria condizionata e wifi, piscina. Buona la colazione e gentili i gestori. Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Per visitare questa zona d'Abruzzo, tra Maiella e il mare, secondo me e' una ottima soluzione

Avec ce que l'ont a vécu, on passe au suivant.

Malheureusement quelques détails négatifs. À notre arrivée nous avons été étonnés de l'atmosphère extérieur de l'hôtel avec sa grande piscine. L'eau de la piscine était verte pâle contenait des endroits d'algues non nettoyés aux rebords et marches. Aussi, voulu par le propriétaire, ils arrêtent la climatisation dans tout l'hôtel à minuit jusqu'à 6h30. De plus l'internet n'as pas fonctionné avant 6h30 le matin. Et enfin le déjeuner sont pour ceux qui n'ont pas une grosse faim.

Proprietari scortese. Ho rinunciato al soggiorno perché’ ho saputo che accettavano animali solo di piccola taglia il giorno del check-in , nonostante i servizi su Booking prevedessero animali ammessi e ciotole e cesti a disposizione. Sono stato trattato con superficialità e maleducazione dicendomi che dovevo contattare la struttura prima del mio arrivo, ma questo non era menzionato da nessuna parte. Forse i signori in questione non hanno ancora capito che un cliente è un ospite e dovrebbe essere trattato da ospite. Alle 18.30 ora del mio arrivo in struttura dopo un viaggio piuttosto lungo ho dovuto cercare altra sistemazione. A proposito i proprietari non hanno accettato un levriero galgo spagnolo, cane notoriamente molto mansueto.
