Location is very good, close to everything but not busy or noisy. The hotel has good air conditioning and a pleasant overall look. The room and the bathroom were comfortable.
The co-operation between booking.com and the hotel was not working well and the hotel is not managed to accommodate any changes to reservations made through booking.com. I had a double room and I wanted to add another guest in the room, and the request was not welcome. I could not make the change in the booking.com myself and even booking.com customer service could not get through to the hotel. The response I got from the hotel was initially absolutely hostile, and they said that they needed booking.com to make the change. After I finally got a confirmation for the two person room, as we were checking in the reception had no idea that this was agreed and we had to wait again for them to make phone calls to understand what was going on. This was never about money, I did say I would pay extra cost (even though eventually that was ridiculously high, the hotel did not even want to tell me what it would cost before we were there).
On top of that there were a lot of reparation works going on and also a lot of reparation was indeed needed. Not worth the hassle and what I ended up paying for it.
We stayed as a family for a week.
Many positives including the room which was nice and clean ( bathroom shower a little dated). We had an apartment which was good and cleaners came each day. The food was great and always alot of choice, chefs cooking varied meals is an option to.
The pool was nice allowing ball games and inflatablss and no sun bed wars which was amazing!!
A lovely area with a small walk to the beach, shops and town and at the weekend atmosphere at the beach.
Staff in hotel and bar staff were great...always smiley and nothing was to much trouble.
The spa is an added bonus and as a family we really enjoyed using the indoor spa pool, sauna, ice bath and steam room!!
The few negatives were the entertainment, the main entertainment starts at 9.30 and is only an hour, it is under the hotel and to be honest nobody really knew it was there, so always so quiet. You wait along time if you eat earlier for a minimal entertainment time. Some acts were good, some nights was just karaoke or a quiz and then finished.
Although the bar staff were amazing, there is only one bar and none of it is self serve so you can wait along time for service ( especially if people order coffees and cocktails). They could do with two or three serving, rather than tidying up ( they did a great job at this and the hotel was always clean but took them away from serving).
The snack bar is not good at all.. nuts/crisps/ cookies/ice cream and some sandwiches which were all the same everyday. Not where you can have a quick hot bite instead of going in the restaurant for lunch.
Two ladies doing the entertainment were good with playing games, however one could be a little rude and it was more her way or no way🙃.
With some little tweaks of more staff on the bar, a better snack bar and longer entertainment this hotel would suit more i feel. We had a great week here and met some lovely guests.

Here comes a lot in talk for the money paid. Starting from the poor air conditioner from the room which is by the way very noisy, going forward with uncomfortable bed and pillow.
Apart of the lobby there is no air conditioner, neither in the elevator or upper floors.
Breakfast was low quality, poor in selection, totally not attractive, for the amount paid.

Matelas tacher à changer, tache d’humidité sur les murs, repas peu varié. Attention à l’hygiène les glaces étaient fondues🫣.je trouve l’hôtel cher, il ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles . Prévenir qu’aucune piscine où l’on a pied un gros inconvénient.
Ми забронювали два номера ще в листопаді місяці минулого року,коли приїхали в готель,то нас попросили ще додатково доплатити більше трьох тисяч за ці номери.Те ,що ми були в шоці ,це легко сказано ,ми в чужій країні ,з дітьми….
Насправді готель не відповідає тим відгукам,які написані в Букінгу,фото зроблені напевно давно ,в вестибюлі меблі пошарпані ,ми там не проживали,але наші знайомі,які були там теж говорили,що вони їхали на ,,все включено але їжею були не задоволені,змушені були ходити в супермаркет купляти їжу,два дні в готелі не було води ,в них не було можливості не тільки помитись ,а навіть в туалет піти ….
Так що ,відгуки перебільшені,не розумію,як можна писати хороші відгуки,а насправді реальність зовсім інша

Spent two weeks at this hotel. Enjoyed it very much. Room was great, plenty of storage space, lovely bathroom.
Food was good, pool area was a little dated but no issue getting sun beds. Entertainment during the evening was good. All inclusive option was excellent.

The location is really good. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Good connection with the public transport to the airport. The restaurant, bar and animation staff are very friendly and professional. The food is pretty good.
It was a problem with the water. We had no water for almost two days. And when I went to the reception to ask if we could get some water to wash at least our teeth I got a small 500ml bottle of water 😂🤣
The food is great! Looked forward to mealtimes so much! Breakfast was warm pastries, pancakes, beautiful fruit, fry ups, cheeses and cold cuts, toast, chocolate milkshakes, cereal and yogurts, juices, fizz for mimosas
Lunches and dinners both exceptional variety for all tastes in my opinion
A short wander to the beach and bats, shops etc
Possibly hard to get a sun lounger, pool looks bigger in the pictures.
