Lovely place
Pros:

The food is great! Looked forward to mealtimes so much! Breakfast was warm pastries, pancakes, beautiful fruit, fry ups, cheeses and cold cuts, toast, chocolate milkshakes, cereal and yogurts, juices, fizz for mimosas

Lunches and dinners both exceptional variety for all tastes in my opinion

A short wander to the beach and bats, shops etc

Cons:

Possibly hard to get a sun lounger, pool looks bigger in the pictures.

Pros:

Personalul hotelului a fost întotdeauna amabil și profesionist. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, iar prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic.

Mâncarea a fost foarte variată. În doar trei zile am avut ocazia să încerc preparate din bucătăria catalană, mexicană și indiană. Pentru cei care preferă preparatele clasice, există și multe opțiuni tradiționale. Carnea și toate produsele au fost mereu proaspete și gustoase.

Băuturile de la automatele de sucuri nu au fost pe gustul meu, însă acest lucru a fost compensat de bar, unde băuturile au fost excelente.

Per total, am avut o experiență foarte plăcută și recomand cu încredere acest hotel!

Pros:

Es war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Betten sind sehr bequem und Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut hatten 35 grad draußen. Reinigung der Zimmer war sehr gut.

Cons:

Essen war leider nicht so mein Fall relativ wenig auswahl. Personal konnte nicht wirklich deutsch aber englisch und das hat gereicht. Fand es zu ruhig aber bin auch jung und bin 1 Tag auf den Ballermann ausgewichen als ausgleich. Nur leider fährt kein bus mehr ab 23 uhr zurück zum Hotel also musste ich bis 6 uhr durchfeiern 😂. Leider hatte man Snacks nur bis 17 uhr und Snacks waren Chips Kekse Nüsse und eis. Mehr war da leider nicht. Dusche leider undicht aber Boden ist schnell trocken gemacht.

Agradável mas com muito para melhorar, não vamos voltar nem recomendar.
Pros:

Aspetos positivos: conforto, limpeza, localização, staff sempre pronto a ajudar. A comida é de qualidade.

Cons:

Aspetos menos positivos: não gostamos do conceito a que estamos habituados de TI. Chegamos por volta das 22:00 e já não havia nada para comer, pois o restaurante fecha às 21:30. Disseram que nos disponibilizavam uma refeição fria que foram sandes mistas, 3 tipos de fruta e sumos, nada mais. Ora se nós estamos num tudo incluído e já pagamos essa noite pelo menos uma refeição como deve ser. Os horários do único restaurante são muito rígidos, e não há um restaurante sempre aberto com algo para comer como em todos os Ti. Passo a explicar, Temos o horário do pequeno almoço das 8 às 10:30, o almoço das 13:00 às 15:00 e o jantar das 18:30 às 21:30. Depois fora desse horário há as tais sandes mistas no bar, batatas fritas de pacote, gelados e frutos secos, até as 18:30. Bebidas é das 10:30 às 23:30. Entretenimento praticamente inexistente, o único "espetáculo" é numa sala na cave e durante o dia praticamente não existem atividades, para os miúdos vi muito pouca coisa, não tem kids club. Resumindo: um tudo incluído que deixa muito a desejar.

Am ajuns seara in jurul orei 23,30 nu am primit niciun fel de mancare iar la plecare la ora 11,30 au blocat usa sa eliberam camera in loc de ora 12.Nu e corect noi am platit suma dar nu aveam avion sa ajungem mai repede puteau sa ne lase inca 4 ore sa nu stam afara pana aveam avionul deoarece pe data de 6 era platit si au fost anuntati ca la ce ora ajungem!

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Le all inclusive de qualité : très bons coktails et la nourriture au restaurant avec des produits frais de la viande et du poisson de qualité.
Le personnel extrêmement aimable.

Cons:

Le parking payant à 10 euros la nuit alors qu’il est difficile de se garer autour. Le café et les jus de fruits pas à la hauteur du reste.

Great value, clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The food was excellent, so much choice and variation everyday. Despite saying drinks were not included with the all inclusive package, every drink was included, including alcohol. The staff were very polite and helpful. We watched the entertainment a couple of times, but it was inside in the basement. Everything was within walking distance. We got the bus a couple of times from the nearby stop. We also did the 2 hour boat trip with swimming along the coast on the Comoran boat, which I’d definitely recommend.

Lovely area, quiet hotel
Pros:

Lovely, friendly staff and the hotel is in a great position, near to the beach, shops etc. It will be even better when the roadworks are completed but it only adds a couple of minutes to the walk to the beach. The town and beach are perfection btw!

We only ‘found’ the second building and pool on day 3. There’s an incredibly tired football court and play park up there but they were always empty. The hotel must have been at quite low capacity (24-31 May) as it was so quiet - which was lovely! Although there were some raucous drinkers by the pool late at night.

I was with my 12yo daughter and the food didn’t cater to her beige tastes much. She lived mostly on chips. I didn’t think the food was great really, though I managed to find something each day. It was always a bit rustic and may have been better if we were first in, but later sittings were a bit stale. The thing that will stop me from returning was the INCESSANT BEEPING! Where did that come from? Nearby apartments could certainly hear it. It seemed to be from the ovens but nobody ever reacted to it. It just kept beeping. Forever and ever. Please sort it out and let me know when you do. How on earth people work with that noise 365 days a year, I don’t know.

The entertainment lady is fantastic. What a bundle of energy! And all on her own! I wonder if you have an outside entertainment area for the summer, as that downstairs room is quite claustrophobic. But she does a wonderful job!

The rooms are a little tired. The AC needs modernising but they were cleaned and tidied daily. The shower was genuinely one of the best showers I’ve ever used! So powerful and refreshing!

The pool in the hotel area is lovely. Be aware that the main pool has a seated, shallower area at one ‘side’ but is otherwise a deep pool of maybe 2m, with no slope or gradation. It’s great fun but quite tiring if you’re playing with children, as you can’t put your feet down! Not sure about the apartment pool though. Always sun beds available, lovely temp water and the spa area is fab too. Great fun!

I would love to come back to Paguera but won’t visit this hotel until that beep stops!

Közel a reptér, kedves recepcio, közel a tengerpart

Cons:

Szarító nem volt a szallason teregetni nehezen lehetett a vizes dolgokat. Az első napokban az étterem dolgozok nem voltak túl kedvesek- az utolsó napokra már kifejezetten azok voltak.
