It was a double room and there was only 1 towel, my husband and I shared a towel, I had to ask for toilet paper

Staff was very friendly
Not even a single plate and spoon in room while there's a microwave provision.
TV was blurry with only 3 blurry channels playing.
I had to request ironing facilities as if I didn't book ontime.
Your shower is too small for a couple to shower together you rather increase shower than having two toilets.

The hotel is situated on the cbd of town for easy access to shopping.
No escalators nor porters services to assist us as old customers
Breakfast starts at 7am I had to leave at 6am
I didn’t like the tv you can hardly see the picture on the screen. The chair in the room was cracked I couldn’t sit on it .
I booked on here and arrived at the hotel at 22H30. There was no receptionist and no arrangement made for my late arrival. the security guard at the facility tried to get hold of staff members and management to no avail. 2 hours later, midnight, I left to go hunting for another accommodation.
I returned in the morning, the staff told me the receptionist was at fault for not checking online bookings the previous day, that’s how she missed my booking😳😳so she didn’t do her/his job. The phones were not answered at night as they don’t have emergency facilities to attend to their guests after 22h00, everything waits for the day staff to return, this is shocking and irresponsible, I’m glad I didn’t get an opportunity to sleep there, if at night, there’s actually no emergency service 🥹🥹 if your have a burst pipe/gyser you’d have to stay in a flooded room until morning, ridiculous!

The family room had no fridge,an old tiny sink with 1 tap of cold water in the small kitchenette, and the bathroom was very dirty.
The room was woow,on that day was my birthday 🎂 I go there with my future husband
So I enjoy it
Toilet floor there's no mate , next to the 🛁 they also no mate and around the bed floor no mate
Just improve that because the floor is very cold
