It was clean, comfortable and just fine for our needs.
The windows need some serious attention as they are very loose fitting, but fortunately it wasn't very cold!!
We only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for two of us.
Although it’s situated in the CBD, once you’re inside, you forget that you’re in Kokstad. I really loved how spacious our room was. Also loved the two bathrooms🤌🏽 especially because my partner and I prefer different things, I was able to use the shower while they used the tub.

The pics of the rooms on the app paint a different picture to reality. The place was very noisy especially in the early hours of the morning. Floor boards creaked when people walked in the passage way. Patrons very loud and noisy early parts of the morning. Hotel located on main road, making it very noisy with the passing trucks in the morning.
It was a double room and there was only 1 towel, my husband and I shared a towel, I had to ask for toilet paper

I had to request ironing facilities as if I didn't book ontime.
Your shower is too small for a couple to shower together you rather increase shower than having two toilets.

The hotel is situated on the cbd of town for easy access to shopping.
No escalators nor porters services to assist us as old customers
Breakfast starts at 7am I had to leave at 6am
I didn’t like the tv you can hardly see the picture on the screen. The chair in the room was cracked I couldn’t sit on it .
I booked on here and arrived at the hotel at 22H30. There was no receptionist and no arrangement made for my late arrival. the security guard at the facility tried to get hold of staff members and management to no avail. 2 hours later, midnight, I left to go hunting for another accommodation.
I returned in the morning, the staff told me the receptionist was at fault for not checking online bookings the previous day, that’s how she missed my booking😳😳so she didn’t do her/his job. The phones were not answered at night as they don’t have emergency facilities to attend to their guests after 22h00, everything waits for the day staff to return, this is shocking and irresponsible, I’m glad I didn’t get an opportunity to sleep there, if at night, there’s actually no emergency service 🥹🥹 if your have a burst pipe/gyser you’d have to stay in a flooded room until morning, ridiculous!
