Beautiful property and location for staycation. Well decorated, clean and I loved the collection of books and my favourite guitar. Will recommend this to everyone.

The Host. Very casual, irresponsible and unfair. Inspite of very clear communication about time of arrival, It was very difficult to get into the property. Her phone was also unanswered for most part of the day. at 11 in the night guest standing outside and wondering how to get in. and then a email is sent by host that Rs 500 extra for check in after 6pm. Not justified in any way. VERY BAD EXPERINCE WITH THE HOST.
Reasonably central location, close to Salt Lake City center.
Fixtures in bathroom were loose.
Electrical sockets would not take US 3-pin plugs so could not charge laptop.
Breakfast options very limited and repetitive.

Professional and courteous staff who were very helpful. Clean place. Breakfast was on time and fresh. Manager was prompt when asked questions during the booking process. They provided detailed checkin checkout instructions, contact details etc
Facilities like soap dispensers needed to be filled. No clear instructions provided where the dirty dishes had to be placed.
Views outside the windows were blocked by buildings. Narrow street with no place to park. Curfew after 10:30 pm.
I have stayed here earlier and had different thoughts about the place and the owner that she is a great person as a host with a decent property but this time when I booked her place for my stay through booking.com, it confirmed my booking and everything was fine but on the day of checkin she doesn't even call me or text me up and cancels the booking at the last moment and tells that only her penthouse is left where as I booked a double bedroom so we negotiated and got a confirmation for the penthouse and when we reached the property her care taker told there is no booking everything is sold out and when we confronted her she is putting allegations on us that she called me and said that I have cancelled the booking whereas I did not recieve any call, I only called her in the first place for the confirmation that I am coming and hopefully the room will be ready. After the reconfirmation and negotiation of the booking also she denies at the last moment and blamed it on me. So be careful people before booking the property as she takes booking over the call also and after the pent house confirmation ( she said that your booking for deluxe room on booking.com will remain as it. Later I realised why she requested me not to cancel the booking for the deluxe room after confirmation of the penthouse. Because she has allotted the same room to someone else in my name, which is extremely wrong and not acceptable as we were coming from far away.)
The rooms are very beautiful and the staff is also polite.

Breakfast was really disappointing for the price paid by keeping only ready to eat packets. Only extra thing made was boiled eggs and nothing else. Atleast this should be mentioned while we make the booking. The staffs are not well dressed, I don’t understand what is formal dress when they are in their shorts and homewear clothes. The gates were not locked until 11 while it mentions the gates will be closed at 10 in the website. I personally dint feel safe.
I have well informed one of the staff while checking out and he personally told me to handover the keys to him while there was a box to drop the keys.

Very well furnished,but the room we stayed in had to have all blinds down and windows covered.this was the worst about this room.A bit claustrophobic...
Nice house with many rooms. Mostly clean and neat. The neighborhood is safe and mostly living area of middle class, so we could walk around, however it is far from the city center. The owners are very frienldy!
- bed was too hard for our taste
- shower was not strong and not very hot, also the shower cabine needed some more clean
- laundry service eventually was not satisfying. We needed to leave to airport immediatly after getting laundry, so we could check our clothes only in other location. Unfortunatly we missed 1 sock and also our laundry bag.
Extremely clean and spacious, great recommendation for a staycation..
