Very good hotel with great location
Pros:

Really good location. The hotel is a bit dated, but offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Some of the facilities in the room were dated. For example the bathroom door was not closing.

Pros:

Άνετο κρεβάτι, ωραίο δωμάτιο, ζεστό σαν χώρος, κοντά στο κέντρο, είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζεται κανείς.

Cons:

Κάποια πράγματα θέλουν βελτίωση. Λεπτομέρεια στην καθαριότητα (π.χ πίσω απο την τηλεόραση είχε αράχνες, ο εξαερισμός τού μπάνιου ηταν μέσα στο χνόυδι, αναγκάστηκα να το καθαρισω εγώ), στο 508 είχε σπασμένο τζάμι, όταν κάνεις μπάνιο από κάπού λόγω κακής μόνωσης της καμπίνας βγαίνουν νερά κάτω από τη ντουζιέρα. Δεν ειναι πολύ σημαντικά όλα αυτά αλλά θα έκαναν τη διαφορά.

This was my third time booking there, next time I’m in plovdiv I’ll book there again!
Pros:

Very clean, great location, highly recommend it!

Cons:

All was great! In the room there was a kettle and tea bags but no coffee, but such minor thing is not even worth mentioning!

La habitación es muy nueva,muy amplia,estaba limpio pero es studio con dos camas tiene completamente las camas separadas como distanciadas por la cocina e intentamos pagar el suplemento por una habitación mejor y no hubo facilidad ninguna por parte de la dirección. La recepcionista muy agradable,pero nos hacían cancelar con Booking y pagar una habitación más cara, cuando tenía penalización la habitación. Es decir habitaciones habían pero no ponían las cosas fáciles.
