Advance booking is required for all Wellness treatments and Thermal area
- Please wear appropriate clothing while using the facilities; this includes wearing appropriate footwear and swimming clothing
- Please shower before using any of the facilities, and be aware of your physical limitations and agree to use the facilities and equipment of Imperial Plovdiv Wellness at your own risk, without supervision.
- The minimum age requirement for access to the Wellness is 12. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off.
- Alcohol and smoking is not permitted.
- We encourage the use of your in-room safety deposit box for valuables.

Massage Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
- Massage reservations will be charged to your room bill. Advance payment is available upon request.
- Cancelations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancelations made less than 12 hours in advance, or a no-show, will be charged 100% of the service price.
- In case of late arrival, the massage or therapy will be provided for the remaining time of the booked session.
- We recommend arriving at the wellness area 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed start.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Great place. The rooms are big and clean. The staff is excellent - very polite and helpful. The price for value is totally worth it. Definitely will stay there when in Plovdiv.

En si, el alojamiento está bien. Para mi gusto, el camino hacia la “old town”, no fue agradable… visualmente!!

Cons:

tiene todo un servicio de wellness que he pagado x él y no lo he disfrutado xq estaba CERRADO . Y no me lo han descontado del precio, por supuesto
