Advance booking is required for all Wellness treatments and Thermal area
- Please wear appropriate clothing while using the facilities; this includes wearing appropriate footwear and swimming clothing

- Alcohol and smoking is not permitted.

Massage Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
- Massage reservations will be charged to your room bill. Advance payment is available upon request.
- Cancelations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancelations made less than 12 hours in advance, or a no-show, will be charged 100% of the service price.
- In case of late arrival, the massage or therapy will be provided for the remaining time of the booked session.

I'm sorry Radisson, I usually like your hotels but this one has let me down.
This hotel seemed to have an old and newly renovated section. I had stayed at this hotel in multiple occasions, and the rooms were descent. But this time I was checked in to a room that did not look like the photos. Room 460. The furniture was quite old, the old school mahogany wood you see in the administrative buildings.
Also. although the carpet was fresh, the room had soaked the smell of cigarettes. I raised this up with the reception but they only stated they'd make sure they check.
Also, I asking to check out a day earlier but I was not offended a refund for the night I wouldn't be there. The receipt made up all sorts of excuses so I left and let it go. I just went around the corner at Hilton where you get a much better value for the same amount of money.

Also, there was an issue with the room service where I ordered food using their website - 30 min later no food. I rang the restaurant and the person there stated no order had come through. So I went downstairs at the restaurant where the same person greeted me and admitted they haven't seem my order although they had received it. So I just sat at the restaurant and finished my food. The food was good though, admiration to the chef!

I've raised up all this with Booking too, but apparently they've been ignoring their emails so my attempts to get this resolved have come to an end and I had to option but to leave this review.
Anyway, I hope the management takes this as a constructive criticism and actually do something about it.

Un Radisson à son haut niveau
Pros:

Nous sommes dans la pure tradition des Radisson, un petite suite spacieuse avec un espace de travail pratique et aéré. Un salle de bain très agréable. Des fenêtres isolantes, une fois fermé presque aucun bruit, tout comme le système climatisation et d’aspiration qui ne s’entend absolument pas. Compte tenu du prix, il ne faut pas hésiter avant que cela ne monte en flèche comme partout. Je recommande également le message avec exfoliant qui est pur bonheur, une heure et quinze minutes de grand repos, ne pas prévoir de grande sortie après. Tout est très bien entretenu, avec un petit déjeuner continental qui laisse du choix même pour un séjour de trois jours.

Cons:

D’habitude on se plaindrait de la clientèle, mais ici l’espace est tellement grand qu’on à se supporter que le temps de passage. A notre arrivé, le concierge nous a indiqué qu’il risquait d’avoir un peu de bruit car il y a une fête ce samedi soir. Nous n’avons rien entendu tant l’isolation est bonne est même les couches tard ne nous ont pas réveillé.
