Important information:

Advance booking is required for all Wellness treatments and Thermal area
- Please wear appropriate clothing while using the facilities; this includes wearing appropriate footwear and swimming clothing
- Please shower before using any of the facilities, and be aware of your physical limitations and agree to use the facilities and equipment of Imperial Plovdiv Wellness at your own risk, without supervision.
- The minimum age requirement for access to the Wellness is 12. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off.
- Alcohol and smoking is not permitted.
- We encourage the use of your in-room safety deposit box for valuables.

Massage Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
- Massage reservations will be charged to your room bill. Advance payment is available upon request.
- Cancelations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancelations made less than 12 hours in advance, or a no-show, will be charged 100% of the service price.
- In case of late arrival, the massage or therapy will be provided for the remaining time of the booked session.
- We recommend arriving at the wellness area 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed start.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων, με παροχές 5 αστέρων (πρωινό, μέγεθος δωματίων)
Pros:

Το πρωινό είναι το δυνατό σημείο του ξενοδοχείου. Είναι άνετα 5 αστέρων!! Επίσης το μεγάλο μέγεθος των δωματίων. 2

Είναι λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο της πόλης: 25 λεπτά περπάτημα..

Pros:

The hotel is very cosy, with modern design and extremely friendly staff. The only thing that prevents me for giving the highest score is the fact that the wellness center did not work. But overall it was a great stay.

За първи път бяхме гости на хотела и престоят ни беше прекрасен - чисто, уютно, голяма градина. Персонала - усмихнат, с отношение и внимание към детайла. Посрещнаха и малкия ни косматко с внимание и подаръци. Благодарим :)

Sessiz sakın bir ortamda konaklamak isterseniz tercih edebilirsiniz.
Pros:

Odanın büyüklüğü , yatakların rahatlığı, banyonun temiz ve büyük olması. kahvaltı güzledi. Akşam yemeği otelde yedik çok başarılıydı. Vaktinden önce bizi almaları güzledi. Otopark büyük ve güvenlikliydi. Ferha, rahat ve sessiz bir oteldi. Personeller çok ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Şehir merkezine yürüme ile 30 dakikalık mesafede olması bizi biraz zorladı. Otel ile ilgili tek sıkıntı odalar ve banyo temizdi. Ama tozlu olması dikkatimizden kaçmadı. Bunada çözüm bulurlarsa iyi olur. Türk çayı yada english breakfest tea olursa çok iyi olur.

Quality was all good including exceptional breakfast

İt was t really kid friendly evden if it was kids choice just about jakuzi, it wasnt permitted for kids.

Firstly I would like thank you Nicol. She is very kind .She helped us during our reservation. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed with breakfast. Evertiything was good. Next time ı will come again.

I have one complaint: there is no information or note stating in Booking that if you have a dog, you must pay 25 euros per night.
