Important information:

Advance booking is required for all Wellness treatments and Thermal area
- Please wear appropriate clothing while using the facilities; this includes wearing appropriate footwear and swimming clothing
- Please shower before using any of the facilities, and be aware of your physical limitations and agree to use the facilities and equipment of Imperial Plovdiv Wellness at your own risk, without supervision.
- The minimum age requirement for access to the Wellness is 12. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off.
- Alcohol and smoking is not permitted.
- We encourage the use of your in-room safety deposit box for valuables.

Massage Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
- Massage reservations will be charged to your room bill. Advance payment is available upon request.
- Cancelations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancelations made less than 12 hours in advance, or a no-show, will be charged 100% of the service price.
- In case of late arrival, the massage or therapy will be provided for the remaining time of the booked session.
- We recommend arriving at the wellness area 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed start.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Много модерен и чист хотел. Направиха ни комплимент с премиум стая, която беше много просторна и страхотно обзаведена.
Паркинга пред хотела също е голямо удобство.

Хотелът ме очарова приятно. Има много удобен паркинг. Стаята беше голяма и с всички удобства. Също така беше и много чиста. Закуската беше разнообразна и с голям избор на алтернативни млека, чайове и други. Бих посетила този хотел отново.

Страхотно изживяване на едно спокойно и хубаво място
Pros:

Най-много ни хареса отношението и вниманието към детайла! Всичко, което бяхме заявили предварително, беше подготвено и на ниво!

Cons:

Единственото, което ни липсваше е басейн, защото спа зоната е страхотна и басейнът ще е само плюс!
