Advance booking is required for all Wellness treatments and Thermal area
- Please wear appropriate clothing while using the facilities; this includes wearing appropriate footwear and swimming clothing
- Please shower before using any of the facilities, and be aware of your physical limitations and agree to use the facilities and equipment of Imperial Plovdiv Wellness at your own risk, without supervision.
- The minimum age requirement for access to the Wellness is 12. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off.
- Alcohol and smoking is not permitted.
- We encourage the use of your in-room safety deposit box for valuables.

Massage Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
- Massage reservations will be charged to your room bill. Advance payment is available upon request.
- Cancelations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancelations made less than 12 hours in advance, or a no-show, will be charged 100% of the service price.
- In case of late arrival, the massage or therapy will be provided for the remaining time of the booked session.
- We recommend arriving at the wellness area 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed start.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

חוויית שהייה מדהימה.
Pros:

מלון גדול, חדיש ומרווח מאוד. שהיהו בסוויטה מרווחת ומפנקת והרגשנו שהיה שווה לשלם עליה. הצוות מאוד אדיב ושירותי. מאוד נקי וארוחת הבוקר עשירה ביותר. החנייה מרווחת.

Nice, pleasant hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

A pleasant hotel with a fresh interior and furnishings. The restaurant is open late, a plus for travellers. The friendly and helpful staff. A relaxing green garden after a long road trip. The calm area is a bonus.

Cons:

I can mention two things: a few strands of hair found in the bathtub and the drain which wasn’t draining water quickly enough causing a water log. Hygiene is important in a shared space.

The location was nice, very good breakfast, staff was helpful

Cons:

Extremely loud neighbours, unfortunately there was no availability for the spa treatments, so we cannot comment on them.

Gutes Businesshotel mit Tesla Supercharger etwas ausserhalb der Altstadt
Pros:

Ein klassisches Businesshotel. Die Lage ausserhalb des Zentrums bot Ruhe und genügend Parkplätze. Mit dem Taxi gings für Euro 5.00 direkt in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nur leider war die Kaffeemaschine dem Ansturm der Gäste nicht gewachsen. Wir schätzten die Lademöglichkeiten auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz.
