Good stay - additional costs not mentioned charged
Pros:

Overall very good experience - they have parking, hotel is very close to the center - 5min walking, it is clean; there is a restaurant just in front of the hotel.

Cons:

Not giving 10 starts as they charged us 20 euro for the dogs without mentioning the additional charge when I did the reservation in booking. I don't think this is fair as all supplemental charges should be mentioned in advance, so we can think if make the reservation or not.

Pros:

Често отсядаме в този хотел! Благодарни сме за идеалното съотношение цена качество и любезното обслужване. Минибарът, електрическата кана и възможността да си направим кафе или чай, опцията за закуска със сигурност биха улеснили един по - дълъг престой.
