Bad overrated hotel! Don’t stay!

Building and bed!

Cons:

The toilet was in very bad condition. The shower knob was extremely hard to use, and when I complained, they told me I didn’t know how to use it, which was truly shocking. The spray pipe was also broken. I strongly recommend you avoid this hotel.

Cons:

The place could use better maintenance and cleanliness. The room quality was subpar, with old bedsheets and pillows that really need replacement. While others might have a different experience, for me, it didn’t feel worth the price. Double check the rooms before booking it.

Hotel con più stelle di quelle che merita
Pros:

L'hotel è in una buona posizione le stanze sono grandi

Cons:

Servizi al di sotto della media, ho trovato più varietà alla colazione in hotel con meno stelle..la pulizia della camera non è mai stata fatta in 3 notti. Inoltre abbiamo acquistato un'escursione con loro ma per via del tempo è terminata con 2 ore di anticipo al ritorno non ci hanno ne fatto uno sconto e neanche proposto di recuperare le ore di cui non avevamo usufruito magari il giorno successivo, al bar non sapevano usare il pos e per un pagamento con carta di credito ci hanno impiegato 20 minuti portando la mia carta in giro per tutto lhotel, per l'utilizzo della vasca idromassaggio c'è da pagare un supplemento che alla prima richiesta di informazione era per stanza e poi è diventato a persona.. Davvero non mi aspettavo tutto ciò
