The location , food, staff and humbleness of each and every staff
We had a wonderful stay and it was definitely worth the price. The resort is beautiful, with breathtaking views of Annapurna, Fishtail, and the surrounding mountains from every room. The atmosphere is peaceful and well maintained.
Devendra, Sachin, and Sherpa were very helpful, and the restaurant staff, especially Ram, took great care of us. They made my wife’s birthday truly special with thoughtful arrangements, which we really appreciated. The spa staff was also very kind.
A big plus was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Lakeside, Pokhara, which made getting around easy and saved us money. Overall, a fantastic experience.
The report property is good and location is great for nature views. However, it is very far from the city centre, bad approach roads and no availability of taxis.
We had a poor experience with the staff. We wanted an early checkout as due to medical requirement, we needed to be at the city centre or cut short our travel, but despite many requests the hotel charged us extra one night, despite the resort being only 10% occupied.

It was a truly great stay and absolutely worth the price. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning mountain views (Annapurna, Fishtail and many more) from every room. The surroundings are peaceful and very well maintained.
Devendra, Sachin and Sherpa were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The entire restaurant staff was wonderful, especially Ram, who took great care of us. We celebrated my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team arranged everything perfectly, it was really thoughtful and much appreciated. The spa lady was also very kind at all times.
One very important highlight is the shuttle service. Although the resort is a bit away from the city, they provide a complimentary shuttle to and from Lakeside, Pokhara, three times a day. This was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of money.
One reception lady was not very helpful and often try to deny the shuttle service. We were initially told the shuttle wasn’t available, but it was arranged easily by another receptionist later. It happened 3 times.
Pro tips: If one lady says no, it’s worth checking with someone else.
Breakfast is awesome, Location is little far form the city but we use their shuttle service and it was comfortalbe. stuffs are great

Location is good if you're looking for a getaway. You get a lovely view of the Himalayan range from morning till evening. Free Shuttle service to Lakeside is much appreciated.
Sauna, steam and pool were clean and well maintained. Wouldn't mind coming back.
A little disappointed with the behavior of the manager in the front desk during our checkout. We were never presented with the bar bill when ordering and it had some mistakes, but turns out it had already been signed by someone else (maybe a staff? idk) Basically, the manager said that we should not have signed it if there was a mistake. He said that he would cut a portion of the waiter's salary for this mistake, which we, as a customer shouldn't have been said to. It left a small bad taste, especially after the wonderful stay we had there. Felt kinda sorry for the said waiter.
Breakfast was good with varied options, but felt like quality could be better. Roasted coffee options were not included in the breakfast.
It’s not my first time and I’ll definitely be back soon. Everything is perfect 👌

There was a very bright security floodlight right outside my room, but I sleep with an eye mask anyway so it didn't bother me too much.

The location was extremely peaceful, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating to my requests. The staff would bring ice buckets for me to take ice baths after I finished in the steam room and sauna. All the staff were super friendly and so companionate. Something that is rare to find. This is why Nepal is my favourite place in the world. Than you Ganesh, Ram, Rajkumar,Nima,Sanjay, Sumi and many, many more. Apologies I can’t recall all names right now. I will return and make sure I remember more names. 🙏

The property is outstanding and so is the hospitality and food.
The facility was excellent and so were the staffs. The views of mountains were awesome. Despite a bit off location, place is worth visiting.
