Big Room. Located in central area. Many restaurents, bars and club 16 at walkable distance. Very good breakfast.

This place is very clean, well maintained and up a quiet cul de sac off the main strip. Is is well appointed
The beds were slightly harder than western beds, but not like SE Asia and had excellent nights’ sleep on them
The room was very spacious and provided with fridge and a sizeable desk very convenient for my purpose. The hotel is located on the fringe of the main tourist area.
The bathroom has no walk-in shower, but only a curtain which was missing and was fitted upon my request. All in all, the structure could be better managed. The behaviour of the personnel was at times inappropriate. To give a couple of examples, the reception would annoyingly call in the morning to unnecessarily remind me of breakfast, until I told them to stop. Once they ended abruptly a call for no apparent reason but probably because the speaker was unable to handle the English conversation. That being said, a pleasant stay, all taken into account.
The place was clean, and offered excellent service. Highly recommended!
The lake view from the room was a bit limited.
A perfect hotel for trekking groups! You can store your luggage here while you go trekking, and the rooms are very good and clean, providing a great place to rest after a long trek. The hospitality is amazing, and all the staff are very helpful. They also have a large parking lot if you are bringing a group.

The hotel is new with fantastic service. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I checked out at 0630 hours still they packed me full breakfast for my journey. Even they serve food at room at no cost. It also has lifts which usual nepal hotels doesn’t have. Overall my stay and experience was very good. Room is very decent and clean with all amenities as expected.
Location, strong shower pressure, rooms and linen are clean but now beginning to show age.
Booked the Junior suite, but was allocated a deluxe room without any explanation!! I know the difference between rooms because I have stayed at this property prior.
Breakfast was okay although it took them 30 minutes to prepare and serve.
