Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Potsdam.
Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer, wunderschön gelegen.

Cons:

Im Flur des Hauses standen große Wäschewagen mit Schmutzwäsche. Diese standen dort sowohl bei der Ankunft nachts als auch morgens. Wirkte nicht sehr attraktiv…

Because of the hot weather the room had no air and was very stuffy. Opening the windows was no help. Fans would be useful.

Zentrale Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt, um Potsdam und Umgebung zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im holländischen Viertel in Potsdam. Von dort ist alles super gut zu erreichen.
In der Nähe haben wir ein Parkhaus gefunden, in dem wir für Großstadtverhältnisse wirklich zu einem human Preis für unseren Aufenthalt parken konnten.
Das Apartment liegt über einem Restaurant, wenn man abends die Fenster öffnet, hört man natürlich die Gäste, die draußen sitzen noch sprechen. Aber ab 23:00 Uhr ist Schluss und alles ist sehr ruhig.
Da wir über die heißen Tage dort waren, hat sich das Zimmer ziemlich aufgeheizt aber auf Nachfrage haben wir sofort einen Ventilator bekommen, was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter gestaltet sich per E-Mail vollkommen unkompliziert.

Cons:

Wie schon oben beschrieben, heizt sich das Apartment bei Temperaturen ziemlich auf, nachts kann man aber die Fenster öffnen und wie gesagt auf Nachfrage haben wir einen Ventilator bekommen.
