Pros:

Die Lage im Holländerviertel ist super

Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich

Cons:

Es war sehr laut, durch das Restaurant lief bis spät abends Musik und den Bass hat man bis ins zimmer gehört.

Das deckenlicht im Hauptbereich ging nicht und die Fugen in der Dusche waren schwarz.

Die Lage und das Flair sind toll!

Cons:

Für das Check-In wurde der Türcode des Apartments im Vorfeld nicht übermittelt. Zum Glück haben wir vor 18 Uhr eingecheckt und konnten ihn telefonisch erfragen. Nach 18 Uhr wäre das ein Problem gewesen.
Zudem ist die Beleuchtung im Hausflur sehr schlecht.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, sehr zentral und ein schöner Ausblick auf das Holländische Viertel

Cons:

Sehr wenig Comfort hat dieses Zimmer, keine Steckdosen am Bett, jede halbe Stunde hört man die Kühlung vom Kühlschrank sehr laut, die Betten waren jetzt im Januar sehr dünn und um 24:00 polterte es so sehr vor unserer Zimmertür Nr.18, wer auch immer das heute war, es war sehr störend so ein Krach zu machen

Tolle Lage und wirklich schöne Zimmer!

Das Personal ist leider sehr unfreundlich.

Ich habe ein Zimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht. Leider war es nicht möglich, beide Nächte im selben Zimmer zu bleiben, sodass ich während meines Aufenthalts das Zimmer wechseln musste.

Aufgrund der Hotel-Policy musste ich um 10:00 Uhr auschecken, durfte jedoch erst um 15:00 Uhr wieder einchecken. Auf meine Bitte, mir ausnahmsweise einen früheren Zugang zum neuen Zimmer zu ermöglichen, wurde nicht eingegangen.

Obwohl ich für zwei Nächte bezahlt habe, war ich somit gezwungen, rund fünf Stunden ohne Zimmer zu überbrücken. Bedauerlicherweise zeigte das Personal keinerlei Verständnis für diese Situation und reagierte sehr unfreundlich.

Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Aber die Party ein paar Häuser weiter war Mega.

Cons:

Leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Man sollte mal alles auf den neusten Stand bringen und reparieren. Der Rauchwarnmelder war abgenommen worden, Der Fernseher ist Mini, die sehr coole Deckenleuchte im Badezimmer ist defekt, die angekündigten Tee (Beutel) war nirgends zu finden. Das eigentliche coole in der Wand verbaute Radio mit Aufnahme Möglichkeit für ein Apple Handy stammt noch aus einer Zeit des IPhone 4 😂.
