Schönes Zimmer für Kurzaufenthalte
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, liegt günstig im Holländerviertel und ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
Der Check-in erfolgte problemlos komplett digital. Die Codes für Zimmer- und Eingangtüre wurden rechtzeitig zugeschickt.
Das Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock und im Erdgeschoss ist ein Café/ eine Bar, wo man leckeres Frühstück bekommt oder abends einen Absacker noch trinken kann.

Cons:

Leider ist das Apartment kein richtiges Apartment, sondern nur ein Zimmer mit Wasser- und Kaffeekocher und einem kleinen Kühlschrank und natürlich mit eigenem Bad.

Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen!

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Zu laut, Treppenaufgang in den 1.og. Durch abfällige Stufen der Treppe Sturzgefahr. ( beim abwärtsgegen ins EG bin ich aus dem Gleichgewicht gekommen und konnte mich an der Wand stabilisieren.
Der Fernseher konnte nicht genutzt werden, da verstellt.
Ich habe ein email geschrieben, aber keine Unterstützung bzw. Antwort bekommen.

Tolles Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, das tolle Bett, die Größe des Zimmers und das Bad war auch sehr gut und sauber.

Cons:

Die steile Stufe hinauf, da ich eine Fuß- OP hatte.

Pros:

Die Lage ist direkt im Holländerviertel und damit sehr zentral. Alles war fussläufig zu erreichen. Trotz des Lokals im Erdgeschoss und den umliegenden Restaurants, hört man diese bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht.

Cons:

Leider waren einige Dinge in der Unterkunft defekt, wie zB die Duschkopfhalterung und die Toilettenbürste. Auch hatten wir den unglücklichen Umstand, dass Mitarbeitende des Lokals (Erdgeschoss, wir waren im Obergeschoss) nach 22 Uhr auf dem Dachboden noch umgeräumt und einen Schrank aufgebaut hat. Das war sehr laut.
