Mit Liebe eingerichtet, aber nicht weiter aufrechterhalten
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Zugang zum Gebäude und Zimmer sind gut. Das Bett ist unheimlich gemütlich und die Bettwäsche auch. Generell ist das Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Wlan ist sehr schlecht. besser mobile Daten über das Handy weiter nutzen.
Der Deckenspot in kalt weiß ist grässlich und dann kommt das Bad...
Das gesamte Badezimmer ist heruntergekommen. Die Armaturen sind veraltet, blättern ab und sind korrodiert.
Die Regendusche wurde seit Ewigkeiten nicht gesäubert, entsprechend wenig Wasser, und quer geschossen, kommt oben raus.
Das ober Hauptbadlicht funktioniert nicht und die Lüftung ebenso wenig.
Es gibt Zwei Halterungen am Waschbecken, eine für einen Becher, die andere für die Seife. Einen Zahnputzbecher sucht man vergeblich und generell könnte man auf blutrote Seife verzichten und alle Armaturen erneuern.

Es wäre schön bei der Kaffeemaschine auch Kaffee mit anzubieten und, neben 3 offenen Teebeuteln, ein wenig mehr Liebe im Setup für die Gäste.
Im Badezimmer gibt es keinen Eimer und der Eimer im Zimmer ist zerbrochen

Gute Lage - Zimmer mit Schwächen!
Pros:

Für einen Potsdambesuch ist das Holländerviertel ist ein zentraler und sehr attraktiver Standort. Bett und Dusche (auch wichtig) waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Von dem Quartier waren wir leider sehr enttäuscht: klein und winklig, ein Deckenlicht defekt, Kabelgewirr auf dem Fußboden. Dazu gleich zwei Fernseher, die aber beide keinen kostenfreien Empfang ermöglichten. Alles ziemlich lieblos. Von einem Deluxe Doppelzimmer bzw. 'Design Apartment' (wie angekündigt) haben wir was anderes erwartet.

Für 1 Nacht ausreichend
Pros:

Lage im Holländerviertel direkt in der City, Parkhaus ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, die Matratzen waren gut.

Cons:

Nutzung nur von 16 - 10 Uhr. Der Hausflur vor dem Aufgang zum 1. OG dient als Abstellraum (2 Gitterwagen mit Schmutzwäsche u.a.). Es gab nur je 1 Kopfkissen von schlechter Qualität. Für Getränke standen 2 Tassen, 2 Gläser, 2 unverpackte Teebeutel, 1 Wasserkocher und 1 Kaffeemaschine nebst Filtertüten zur Verfügung, allerdings benötigt die Kaffeemaschine gar keine Filtertüten, dafür fehlten Kaffee, Zucker, Teelöffel etc. Insgesamt wirkt das Zimmer ungemütlich (unter Appartement verstehen wir etwas mehr als ein Zimmer mit Bad und Küchentablett.) Preis-/Leistung stimmt für uns hier nicht.

Location is perfect and room was great!
Pros:

Location is perfect in the Dutch quarter with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Great coffee nearby too. Very walkable to all the main sites and public transport accessible too. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is the same. Has a small fridge and lots of space for luggage.

Cons:

Pillows are big and fluffy but nothing in them! Could add some extra pillows in room. No fan provided in the room but the windows could be opened if needed although one night a birthday party at a restaurant went on till midnight…

Gut für Kurzaufenthalt, Toleranz bezüglich Einrichtung
Pros:

Es ist ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück. Dafür aber ein Bad.
Das Bad hat Waschbecken, Toilette, Badewanne als Dusche verwendbar. Dafür sollte man die entsprechende Gelenkigkeit mitbringen.
Der TV war für uns nicht verwendbar, es fehlt die Grundeinrichtung.des TV

Es sind dringend Sarnierungen nötig

Pros:

Es gab kein Frühstück. Aber in der näheren Umgebung sind zahlreiche "Frühstücksläden" (z.B.. Bäcker etc.)
