I look forward to my next stay here.
Pros:

I’ve been coming through Potosi for 20 years. I’ve tried other hotels but have settled on the CIMA Argentum. It’s warm in this cool city, the food is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the staff feels like family ready to help in any way possible. The central patio space with chairs and tables is a great place to receive visitors. It’s in walking distance to the center of town, or if you are short of breath at 13,000 feet, it’s on a bus route.

Hôtel-restaurant calme au bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Bon emplacement, à 2 pas de la vieille ville sans toutefois avoir l'inconvénient du bruit fort des bars et restaurants la nuit. Hôtel bien chauffé, peut-être un peu trop au niveau des chambres.

Cons:

Forte odeur de gaz d'échappement dans les toilettes et la salle de bain qui donnaient sur la rue.

Pros:

Pour le personnel il est gentil et courtois. L’endroit est propre.

Cons:

L’établissement n’opère pas de fenêtre qui s’ouvrent sur l’extérieur. De plus le chauffage central est plutôt efficace donc il faisait chaud dans la chambre. L’emplacement est un peu loin de la place central.

Cons:

- nur ein kleines Fenster in der Toilette das man öffnen konnte und was nach draußen ging
- ein Schlafzimmer hatte ein kleines Fenster nach draußen (Milchglas) das man nicht öffnen konnte
- das andere Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit Fenstern zum Innenhof. Daher keine wirkliche Möglichkeit zu lüften, da der Hof komplett überdacht ist. Zimmer eher dunkel l

Pros:

A solid 7 - the hotel is dated in the rooms however they were clean and super warm. Very much a budget hotel vibe however having looked at the options in Potosi this is a safe, basic bet!

Staff - so helpful and supportive! They spoke very little English BUT together with some basic spanish we had everything from the room, food and taxis sorted. When it came to getting us off to the bus station they couldn't have been more helpful. A real plus for the hotel!

Location - great; just out of the centre but within easy walking distance to everything Including the shops and Ex Terminal bus station. Quiet road compared to some!

Room - basic and budget but super comfy beds and everything worked including the heating!

Bathroom - all fine except lack of hot water ... win some loose some!

Food - resteraunt serving breakfast and lunch was great; brillaint offering and good quality. Pay by card at reception.

Payment - exactly as advertised in USD via payment link to phone. Super easy.

Overall - great budget hotel that more than does whats needed for 1 night. Could easily move up to an 8 with a bit of modernising in the rooms.

Pros:

Sauber und gute Lage.

Cons:

Alles sehr veraltet und Fenster die nur zum überdachten Innenhof des Gebäudes gehen, wodurch nicht richtig gelüftet werden kann und nur wenig Tageslicht ins Zimmer kommt. Restaurant kaum besucht.

Le petit restaurant qui nous a permis de nous restaurer sur place.

It's a 2-star hotel, don't get fooled by the 4-star (as I was)
Pros:

The building itself, very cozy. The size of the room. Good enough location (10 Mon walking to the main square).

Cons:

They make you pay only in dollars, but after a little arguing they accept bolivianos. Poor shower and not clean room. Almost everything is broken or in a very bad shape, they need some renovation.

Warm, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr warm (gut funktionierende Heizungen in jedem Raum), das Apartment ist großzügig und sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab leider kein Fenster nach draußen (nur in den Flur des Hotels), sodass man nicht lüften konnte. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis zu spärlich. Man läuft etwa 16 Minuten bergauf ins Zentrum.

Muy buena opción en Potosí.
Pros:

El hotel esta bien situado. A menos de un kilómetro del centro. Las instalaciones son buenas. Y la habitación excelente. Una triple con dos habitaciones comedor y una pequeña cocina buen desayuno el,personal de recepción inmejorable. Tuvimos problemas con la altura y aparte de recomendarnos y ofrecernos medicación de su botiquín nos dejaron alargar el check out sin cargo alguno. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

Nos gusto todo.
