Pros:

We booked the room deluxe double with balcony but they provided without balcony after asking frequently upto sales manager doit next day they changed the room this is not good .

Pleasant stay, worth staying at PGC..
Pros:

We stayed in appartment rooms, all apartments were neat and clean & well maintained.. staffs are so much co-operative and supportive especially Raghu San & Ayippan San..
We all enjoyed our stay and will visit again..

Cons:

Restaurant is not available in hotel, they arrange food from nearby restaurants. Food quality is good and most of the dishes were available which we ordered except some North Indian dishes..

Make shift arrangement - check in can be tricky after hours
Pros:

Reasonable price is the only plus. You will need a car to get there. Room was situated in an apartment complex that is very safe. So, room and parking is very safe. One restaurant is close by (walkable)

Cons:

Currently, they have a make shift arrangement. They are booking for Gymkana. However, they give room in the new apartment complex next door. Gymkana rooms are still not ready for use.

Issue is that you will need to call ahead and co-ordinate with them if it is after office hours. The number is not posted in the booking.com website (of the manager). So, if you end up there late in night, you will have to co-ordinate with the security, who in turn will call up the manager and then he will have to come from somewhere else.

We ended up getting there at 9 pm. Some kind folks (including the apartment salesman tried to make some calls and arrange for check in)

In summary, unless you are there during day time, check in can be tricky.
