Angenehm
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man kommt trotzdem sehr schnell über Bus und Bahn in die Kölner Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Als großer Mensch war mir das Bett in beide Dimensionen einfach etwas zu schmal/kurz, weshalb ich das Bett nicht allzu bequem fand.

La situation de l'hôtel et le fait qu'il y ait un parking couvert

Cons:

La moquette de la chambre était très tachée, la poignée d'une des fenêtres cassée et la douche s'écoulait très difficilement.
Le petit déjeuner était très minimaliste, une seule sorte de fromage, une seule sorte de pain, aucune viennoiseries, pas de thé uniquement du café, pas de lait chaud.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and housekeeping were very poor. When I arrived, there was a pair of underwear from a previous guest left in the room, the toilet paper was empty, the shampoo was empty, and a hand towel appeared to have already been used.

I repeatedly asked for my room to be cleaned while I was out and specifically asked for the hand towel to be replaced, but this was not properly taken care of. On top of that, at around 9:30 in the morning, a member of housekeeping opened my room door and entered without knocking or announcing herself while I was still in bed.

Communication with the staff was also difficult because of the language barrier. I raised these issues with the hotel and received compensation for one night, which I appreciated, but overall the cleanliness, housekeeping and lack of privacy made the stay very disappointing.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend.

Großes Zimmer, kleines Bad.

Großes Zimmer, zum Frühstück gab es auf Wunsch Rühr/Spiegel/Kochei, Kaffee war frisch gekocht und gut.
Das Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Scheinbar war man nicht auf 2 Gäste eingestellt, sehr kleines Badezimmer, Frühstück, mit Ausnahme des Eierangebotes, wirklich nur unterster Standard.
