Apart from the cleaning and the healer issue, everything was super nice. We would definitely stay there again if we go t
Pros:

The staff are great people. They are very helpful and warm. The restaurant belongs to the property as well, the environment there is also super nice. The waiters were always very kind. There was an old lady who also was in charge of cleaning I believe, she was super sympathetic :)
We went there to visit the Christmas markets in Cologne. The property is 15-20 mins far from the center via Uber. It is a very quite and family friendly area.

Cons:

The cleaning was super off. I understand that the property is old and that is fine but they only clean the visible parts only. Behind the tv, doors was very dusty and inside the shower was full of water drop marks. Also, I didn't like that they turned off our healer once we left the room. We visited in December with our 3 years old son. The room was very cold when we entered in the evening.

Nichts

Cons:

Betten waren nicht bezogen.
Der Fernseher kaputt, wurde erst nach Hinweis getauscht.
Das gebuchte Frühstück gab es nicht.
Restaurant und Rezeption waren verschlossen. Kein Personal anwesend.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt am Rande von Köln!

Das Frühstück war okay. Der Lokalraum sehr urig!
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nicht weit entfernt vom
tollen Klostergarten!
Das Bett hatte einen königlichen Flair.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wären Tomate Gurke u. Salat noch schlecht.
Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ebenfalls

Pros:

Extrem freundliches Personal. Zimmer gut, vor allem eine tolle Dusche. Restaurant im Hof außerwöhnlich gut- sowohl Salate als auch asiatische Gerichte. Frühstück allerdings eher unterdurchschnittlich

Das Hotel entsprach nicht den Erwartungen und war eine Enttäuschung.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze im Hof.

Cons:

Alte Möbel im Zimmer, teilweise kaputt. Staubschicht auf dem Schrank. Minimales Frühstück in abgepackten Portionen, zu wenige Brötchen. Fast leere Thermoskanne kalter Kaffee. Neuer Kaffee und Tee erst nach Aufforderung. Kein Frühstücksei oder warme Speisen, kein Orangensaft, nur Multivit. Unangemessener Preis bei einem solchen Angebot.

KLEIN ABER FEIN
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich.. Die Gaststätte war urig mit sehr schönen antiken Mobiliar. Die Zimmer waren kombiniert , mit alt und modern..Badezimmer waren saniert, nur fehlten Handtuchhalter und in der Dusche Ablagemöglichkeit. Vvl wäre auch ein Sichtschutz am Badezimmerfenster angenehmer gewesen. Die Asiatischen Gastgeber waren äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen sehr gut und reichlich. Man musste nur einen Wunsch äußern. Er wurde sofort umgesetzt. Eine Flasche Wein gab es noch zum Abschied. Beim Tragen der Koffer war der Wirt behilflich. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt Wir kommen gerne wieder.
