チェックインの時間より早かったが、チェックインしてくれた。スタッフも皆んなフレンドリーでした。サーフィンするならば近くてよかった。
部屋にアメニティと冷蔵庫がなかった。エアコンもあまり効いていなかった。
Agus and staff are amazing! Location is great and the WiFi is amazing. Nice desk inside and ac is great. Pillows were great I slept like a baby. Definitely coming back here again. Wish I stayed longer but visa is expiring!
The hotel itself is quite nice — rooms are comfortable, there's hot water and air conditioning.
However, several things really ruined my stay.
Smoking in the hallways. For some reason, certain guests were allowed to smoke inside the hotel on the floors. The room doors don't seal properly, so all the smoke drifted straight into the room. As a non-smoker, this was absolutely unbearable.
Forgotten breakfast. I ordered breakfast in the morning, but the staff simply forgot about it. They only remembered when I came back 50 minutes later to remind them again. Only then did they realize it still needed to be made.
Nyepi Day completely ignored. During Nyepi — the Day of Silence, the most important holiday on the island — no one at the hotel bothered to turn off the lights. Staff on the ground floor were talking loudly on speakerphone calls. It's supposed to be a day of silence where even lights should be off, yet the staff didn't feel the need to follow their own strict traditions.

For that price you would expect them to clean your toilet bins.
Also, the property tax was already part of the total amount as calculated by booking.com and they charged me again when I went to pay for it.
Pillows were way too hard. Ended up with a sore neck each morning.
The staff was very present and helpful.

La peinture du plafond tombait sur notre matelas, la salle de bain a besoin d être rénovée. Des moisissures sur certains murs. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre.
