Bu hotelde uzun yıllardır defalarca kaldım. Kahvaltı hizmeti konusunda kendilerini oldukça geliştirdiler. Oldukça zengin ve yeterli bir kahvaltı mevcut. Mevsim meyveleriyle de zenginleştirilebilirse süper olur.
Odaya sadece duş jeli ve saç kremi bırakılmıştı. Temizlik personelinde de yoktu. Şampuan ve sabun da bırakılsa çok güzel olur.

We were pleasantly surprised at how modern this hotel is. We got parking right out front (they have a large lot) and checked in quickly with a friendly woman. Our room was clean and of a good size. We were able to walk into the main square in under 10 minutes to see some historic sites and enjoy a cocktail in the square. We had planned to eat dinner in the restaurant, but there was a (very loud, teenager-heavy) event going on, and instead opted for room service. They were super accommodating and our dinner (under 20€ for a salad, 2 pasta dishes - one with chicken - and 2 beers, with none of the fees associated with room service in the US) was delivered quickly and with a smile. Breakfast in the morning was varied and plentiful.

На завтраке официантка зачем-то стала заливать воду в кофе машину именно в тот момент когда я наливал кипяток из этой же машины, хотя людей почти не было и можно было подождать 1 минуту пока я отойду. В результате я задел её и вылил кипяток себе на руку
The staff and the location was nice. Also, there is a breakfast included.
Could not find a better place in Razgrad. In was not clean and could hear the guest from the next room.
