Das Frühstück, Zimmer, Schwimmbad, Sauna waren prima.
Teilweise könnte mal das eine oder andere repariert oder ausgetauscht werden.
Room carpet had biscuits crumbs on the floor and bed sheets had sand in
The breakfast was the best thing about the stay
room dated and dirty
The hotel has really nice décor. The reception staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious and cleaned every day. The food in the restaurant was very good, and breakfast was nice. The car park is large enough that it was easy to find a parking space.
*The room was a little stuffy, but having the balcony door open and using the fan helped a lot.
The wellness area needs renovation.
Staff were welcoming and friendly, beautiful grounds relaxed atmosphere
No lift and not much in the area apart from the hotel
The hotel experience food was good and accommodation was calm and clean.
The swimming pool was expensive 25.00 day pass I think that should be included for residents staying at the hotel .
Comfortable room, free parking
We had a really lovely room, comfy bed. We had an issue with the lick on our bedroom door, which was sorted by Alex, thanks
The system in the restaurant for recognising who has ordered what, at what table needs to be addressed. The waiters didn't appear to know where the food and drink were going. Also at breakfast we had an incredibly long wait. My partner and I ordered the same breakfast. We both had different things missing from our plates
Breakfast and dinner
No air conditioning in any room also room were dirty and dusty
The amazing staff
Canabis smell from next door room
The evening meal I had was very good. The breakfast was very good indeed and in both cases the menu on offer was extensive.
I only had a single room, it was small but it was more than sufficient for my needs and the bathroom was of a good size and clean.
A fan was provided but the room did get pretty hot (early August 2026).
Location was good
Not very clean, very outdated, no aircon in room and no lifts
Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always willing to give you advice on the best places to go in the area. Very comfortable rooms and excellent shower in the bathroom. Swimming pool on site is lovely. It excellent location for exploring the area . There is a number of beaches Portreath, Porthtowan within 10-20 minutes drive from hotel. Cronwall Gold is less than 10 minutes away, lovely museum/ jewellery shop about mining & milling history in the area. Kids and adults have a great time panning for “Treasure “.
