Friendly staff
No AC unfortunately. It was super hot when we checked in and the fan wasnt help at all. Carpets are not clean and need replacement.
L'hôtel est très agréable, il est bien situé par rapport aux endroits à visiter. Le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute des clients. Le restaurant est vraiment très bien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons.

15 min drive to the sea
Room was lovely, airy, bright and looked out onto a garden area.

Staff friendly and helpful.
My room was in an extended part of the Hotel so was miles away from car park.
Google Maps takes you to the opposite side of the road so needs sorting for people who are not local.

Unfortunately it was very warm. Could really do with air con but I understand this may not be economical viable for just a few days a year. But they provided 2 x fans

Das kleinste Zimmer auf unserer gesamten Reise durch GB, im Standarddoppelzimner weder Bademantel vorhanden noch Platz, um die Koffer zu öffnen. Sehr stickig und heiß.
Dafür viel Platz im Badezimmer.

Love this classic, old hotel! It’s full of character and little quirks which make it a bit special. The food is amazing, fresh, quality ingredients perfectly cooked 😊 The location is also excellent for exploring Cornwall. Highly recommend!
Always superb
Booked a double bed and had two doubles and spent the night falling in the gap
I`ve been staying here for the past 3 years whenever I`m in Redruth for work. Staff is amazing and the hotel in itself is beautiful. Highly recommended. Also, if you are lucky, you will get a chance to see Jasper, their resident cat.

No soap in rooms, just bottles of shampoo ,bodywork etc
