Pros:

Staff here really good excel. We were visiting for a Christmas party and the hotel was very busy but staff were happy, attentive and friendly.

Room was of a surprisingly large size and well equipped.

Cons:

Some areas of the hotel appear a little dated, but this is reflected in the price and more than compensated for by everything else it provides.

Customer service excellent twinned with optimum location
Pros:

I was so impressed about their accommodating attitude towards the runners - 100% will be back if I run again next year and will be recommending them.
Last year had awful experience at a hotel in st ives which was supposed to be 4 star but was terrible.
Couldn’t rate this one highly enough. Thank you!

Great stay in Cornwall
Pros:

The staff were extremely professional, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location for the race, and the food was excellent especially the breakfast.

The spa and pool were great additions to the stay, they can get a bit crowded.

Cons:

Also if your coming from the Arc of Attrition, I would recommend you place shoe covers at the entrance, to avoid mud in the hotel, I had my own, was not a issue for me

Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful

Poor cleanliness, tired property and decor, gym facility was sticky and small, hairs on the towels.

The hotel is an impressive building inside and out ,our room was clean and decorated to a high standard , the staff are polite and friendly and operate to a very high standard ,highly recommend this hotel.

sauna , tub, pool, dinner.

Cons:

The single room was very small for the price paid, it is a pity as the next night i stayed in a room 6 x the size , queen double for £47 in Teigmouth. lovely long pool and sea views.
