Pros:

Lovely Hotel i really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty parking too.

Lovely stay and helpful staff
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner are always sooo good. The staff is amazing, always ready to assist you. I needed to request an extra night for my stay and the receptionist arrange for me to stay on the same room as previously booked, so I didn´t have to change rooms. I´ve been traveling for work for the past two years and always book with them. They are worth it. Plus, you get to meet Jasper, their resident cat.

Great as usual.
Pros:

Our third time at this hotel and as usual it was great. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, large room, great breakfast. There was some new benches and weights in the gym since our last visit which was good.

Cons:

If I was nit picking, last time we visited there was a night light in the ensuite but not this time (different room). Helped when you got up in the night. And no water tap in the gym which was a disappointment.

A very relaxing overnight
Pros:

Large car park, friendly staff, clean large comfortable room. Nice in room drink making facilities. A fast filling bath with loads of hot water. Little light by the toilet - genius! Good breakfast.

Cons:

Floor boards above us were a bit squeaky.
Bed was a little lumpy - mattress sags and needs replacing.
BUT mainly stay was great!

Pros:

The staff were extremely courteous and attentive.
The food, especially the breakfast was well cooked, presented and tasted like food should, there was no skimping on quality.
I know this sounds a bit gushing, but it's rare to find.

Cons:

Nothing really, maybe the room was a bit small, but for what we paid it was
worth it.

Home away from home - really rnjoyed my stay
Pros:

The staff were outstanding. Service with a smile. Really made to feel at home when staying away for work.
From checkin the gentleman helped bring my bag to my room, the bar staff were so friendly, the resturant host gave me some bicuits to enjoy a nice cup of tea when I returned to my room after dinner. And the breakfast was yummy! The spa staff were also lovely, it was nice and relaxing. Seems they have recently done some decorating, the place looks great! Also Really nice touch with the fresh tea leafs in the rooms! I will stay again if im back in the area

Cons:

I would say the mattress brings the score down a little..now it wasnt the worse.. I think I'm just use to my memory foam.
Also suggest upgraging the tv's!

Pros:

When arriving in the room we had balloons and a note on the bed wishing my daughter and I a happy birthday as I mentioned to them that we we staying due to having big birthdays this year. Thought it was a lovely touch. And the afternoon tea was gorgeous
