Home away from home - really rnjoyed my stay
Pros:

The staff were outstanding. Service with a smile. Really made to feel at home when staying away for work.
From checkin the gentleman helped bring my bag to my room, the bar staff were so friendly, the resturant host gave me some bicuits to enjoy a nice cup of tea when I returned to my room after dinner. And the breakfast was yummy! The spa staff were also lovely, it was nice and relaxing. Seems they have recently done some decorating, the place looks great! Also Really nice touch with the fresh tea leafs in the rooms! I will stay again if im back in the area

Cons:

I would say the mattress brings the score down a little..now it wasnt the worse.. I think I'm just use to my memory foam.
Also suggest upgraging the tv's!

Pros:

When arriving in the room we had balloons and a note on the bed wishing my daughter and I a happy birthday as I mentioned to them that we we staying due to having big birthdays this year. Thought it was a lovely touch. And the afternoon tea was gorgeous

We really enjoyed our first time staying at this hotel.
Pros:

The room was comfy,the shower was great, staff were super friendly, and the location was ideal. Loved the leisure area - the pool, sauna, and gym were great for squeezing in some exercise. And the food? Amazing!

Cons:

One thing that didn't quite hit the mark was the room service - it was a bit hit or miss. Hope they can sort it out, as the rest of our stay was brilliant!

Friendly staff, lovely hotel, just a shame the room let us down on this occasion

The staff as always are really friendly and helpful.
Food was good.
My husband enjoyed a lovely savory afternoon tea.

Cons:

Weve stayed here before and always had a lovely room, but this time, the room is the worst weve stayed in. The bathroom wasnt as clean as i would expect, and there was a musty damp smell along the corridor to the room, and abit musty in the room.
If we were staying for more than one night i would have complained.

Pros:

Staff here really good excel. We were visiting for a Christmas party and the hotel was very busy but staff were happy, attentive and friendly.

Room was of a surprisingly large size and well equipped.

Cons:

Some areas of the hotel appear a little dated, but this is reflected in the price and more than compensated for by everything else it provides.

Customer service excellent twinned with optimum location
Pros:

I was so impressed about their accommodating attitude towards the runners - 100% will be back if I run again next year and will be recommending them.
Last year had awful experience at a hotel in st ives which was supposed to be 4 star but was terrible.
Couldn’t rate this one highly enough. Thank you!
