Meget larm! Der var gadefest lige uden for vinduet til langt ud på natten ved kiosken overfor. Man kunne høre dørkoden blive trykket og hoveddøren smække mange gange i løbet af natten, man havde næsten en fornemmelse af at det ikke kun var gæster på hotellet der benyttede hotellet.
Brusenichen var i stykker, så jeg nær havde fået den ene dør i hovedet, afløbet i badet afgav også en syndflod ud på gulvet og der var en ram lugt af fugt og skimmel.

Vi er normalt ikke sarte og har boet på mange mærkelige hoteller, hvor standarden har været i den lave ende, men så har prisen også været derefter - 100 euro for en nat er ALT for dyrt ift. standarden, det halve havde været passende.

Мы приезжали вдвоём на 2 дня. Это маленькая квартира, но без кухни.Только чайник. Свой санузел с душевой кабиной. Расположение в самом центре, 2 минуты от Neuer Markt. В номере было чисто, хорошая постель. Чистый санузел. Ключи в ящике с кодом возле двери. Очень удобно. В целом все понравилось. Рекомендую.

Tolle Lage, schlechter Check-in

Die Lage nahe dem Neuen Markt ist hervorragend. Es gab in meinem Zimmer keinen Lärm von draußen. Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Anders als angekündigt habe ich die Check-in-Informationen nicht bis 14 Uhr erhalten, sondern erst um 16:21, das Zimmer stand mir also erst ab halb 5 zur Verfügung. Meine Email wurde in der Zeit nicht gelesen und das Telefon (Nummer hing außen an der Tür) nicht beantwortet.
Im fensterlosen Flur vor dem Zimmer gibt es Licht vom Bewegungsmelder gesteuert, das aber nach wenigen Sekunden wieder ausgeht, viel zu kurz hell, um die Schlüsselbox zu öffnen.
Ich erwartete keinen gepflegten Garten vor dem Erdgeschossfenster zum Hinterhof. Aber den kaputten Stuhl vor dem Fenster könnte man mal entsorgen.

Das keine Rezeption da war und man keinen Ansprechpartner hatte, nur die Reinigungskräfte die nur russische Sprache beherrschten. Auf den Zimmern, kein Stadtplan gelegen hat.
