Pros:

Die zentrale Lage, man ist sofort in der Stadt. Alles war sehr sauber und ich konnte mein Rad abstellen. Wenn ich nochmal in Rostock bin, würde ich wiederkommen. Tolle Radwege führen nach Warnemünde, der Strand und die STadt sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das man die Kurtaxe nur überweisen konnte.

Der Blick aus dem Fenster im EG geht auf einen vermüllten, verwilderten Bereich des Innenhofes.
Im Zimmer blättert die Farbe ab.

Hat eine gute Lage und ist gut angebunden. Hat alles was man braucht man, wenn man nicht so anspruchsvoll ist.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer (?) war Katastrophal.

Kann man machen
Pros:

Super zentral. Unkompliziertes Einchecken.

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Das im Erdgeschoss hatte die Mülltonnen vor dem Fenster, dementsprechend war der "Geruch" .
Außerdem war es nicht möglich, auf dem Kissen zu schlafen, es sei denn, man wollte im Sitzen schlafen😉 Es behielt einfach seine Form 😄

Das andere Zimmer im Obergeschoss war top.

Excellent while I lasted, but soured by the behaviour of the owner/manager.
Pros:

The room was good, the sheets and towels clean and the staff that I met were friendly

Cons:

I made a mistake about the booking and wasn't vacated on the right day. Although I apologised for this, and asked to extend the booking the hotel said it was booked out and refused. They also sent threatening emails (we will call the police, you will have to pay 200 euros etc) to me and made multiple phone calls although I had told them I was on a field trip to Rugen, on a tour bus, and would deal with it as soon as I got back. This entailed several people cutting their excursion short because I had to return quickly. I thought the response was rude and over-the-top, and my German friends agreed. As it was, the staff put my luggage into a bag and left it outside the room, and I picked it up and left the key at the earliest opportunity. I am not a criminal, and did not do this on purpose.

Pros:

zentrale Lage, reibungslose Buchung, problemloser CheckIn/CheckOut, für zwei Übernachtungen nutzbar - mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen

Cons:

deutlich abgewohnte Einrichtung im Zimmer sowie Bad, Grundreinigung offenbar schon länger her, sehr hellhöriges Zimmer (Nachbar stand gefühlt in unserem Zimmer...), Bilder auf Booking entsprachen in keiner Weise dem Angebot

Viel zu laut, schlechte Betten und der Schmutz in den Zimmern
Pros:

Die Zimmer haben leider sehr unangenehm gerochen. Es wird nicht erwähnt, dass unten ekn Kiosk ist der bis Mitternacht auf hat und dem Besitzer es nicht interessiert, das er bis 3-4 uhr morgens dort laut mit den Kunden chillt. Man hört wirklich alles und kann nicht schlafen. Die Zimmer sehen nicht aus wie auf den Bildern.

Pros:

Gute Lage, unkompliziertes einchecken

Cons:

Etwas 5 m gegenüber des Zimmers (001) mit bodentiefen Fenster ist ein Späti, vor dem bis Mitternacht ordentlich getrunken und lauthals gestritten wurde. Im August war daher an ein kühlendes offenes Fenster nicht zu denken. Leider ließ sich auch der TV nicht einschalten, um die lauten Geräusche zu übertönen Dusche mit Schwarzschimmel, Bett sehr fest.
