Pros:

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer. Klein aber fein direkt in der City. Unschlagbares Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Kopfkissen war mir zu dick. Aber sowas ist ja ziemlich individuell.

Es war außerordentlich schlecht dort werde ich nicht mehr Buchen und für einen normalen Preis von 50 Euro wo die Kurtaxe noch obendrauf kommt..... echt traurig.
Der Tisch biegt sich aufgrund der Montage. Hygeneartikel vom Vorgänger lagen noch im Bad, das Bad generell im schlechten zustand. Das Bett bzw. Die Bett verkleidung mit herrausschauenden Schrauben und und und.
Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen.

Optimale Ausgangsposition zur Erkundung Rostocks in spätgotischem Kaufmannshaus.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, unweit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Frühstück oder Personal gibt’s nicht. Ich bekam ungefragt ein Update von Doppelzimmer zur im Dachgeschoss liegenden Suite. Angenehmer Überblick. Meine sehr kurzfristige Buchung (1 Stunde vor Ankunft), wurde online äußerst zügig bearbeitet und gewährte mir einen komplikationslosen Bezug des Appartements.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft waren die Heizungen aus, bei Minusgraden etwas frisch.

Es war mit den öffentlichen gut zu erreichen und auch zur Fußgängerzone war es nicht weit

Cons:

Bettwäsche schmutzig, WLAN war grausam, Lampe im Bad war defekt, für zwei Personen eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier mies, verkalkte Duschwand, Lüften im Bad war nicht möglich da vor dem Fenster noch ein Fenster war

Kleines Zimmer für einen Kurztrip perfekt
Pros:

Das Zimmer liegt Zentral, direkt bei der Innenstadt und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber zum Übernachten reicht es völlig aus. Es gibt auch einen Wasserkocher. Handtücher sowie Shampoo und Duschgel ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Check In hat reibungslos funktioniert. Für einen Kurztrip perfekt. Es war sehr ruhig, bis auf einen Tag als morgens die Müllabfuhr kam. Preis Leistung ist hier völlig okay

Cons:

Da das Licht an der Eingangstür seitlich angebracht ist, wird der ganze Raum nicht optimal beleuchtet.
Das Waschbecken ist ziemlich klein.
