The only drawbacks were related to the courtyard. Our windows faced a shared courtyard with the service entrances of several restaurants. Until around midnight, there was some noise from air-conditioning or ventilation systems, and groups of teenagers sometimes came in to hang out on a bench.

The fire escape outside our window also made us slightly uncomfortable. It is useful in an emergency, of course, but it can also be accessed from the courtyard below, so we simply closed the windows whenever we left the room.

We also found one pillowcase that was not completely clean, but it was replaced immediately after we contacted customer support. The staff also offered us a different room because of the noise, which we appreciated, but unfortunately all rooms with three beds faced the same courtyard.

Vor dem Hotel war es - im Sommer - bis weit nach Mitternacht sehr laut.
Das Zimmer und besonders das kombinierte Bad/WC waren sehr eng.

Sehr hellhörig - Sämtliche Türen auf der Etage knallten, selbst das Reinigungspersonal hatte nicht darauf geachtet vielleicht die Türen leise zu schließen und war bereits morgens im eigenen Zimmer zu hören während sie in ihrem Raum nebenan saßen. Die Kunsstoff-Duschwand hatte ein Faust großes Loch. WiFi gab es zwar aber die Qualität, nunja hab es nach der Aktivierung wieder deaktiviert.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nicht besonders einladend.
Das Internet funktionierte nicht und der Fernseher auch nicht. Es gibt keine Rezeption, und meine Nachrichten an den Gastgeber, um die Probleme zu lösen, blieben unbeantwortet. Es gibt auch keinen Kühlschrank für die Gäste, weder im Zimmer noch im Hotel.

Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss, direkt gegenüber einem Späti. Abends und nachts war es dort sehr laut, und manche Leute draußen saßen sogar direkt am Fenster und tranken dort ihre Getränke, ohne Rücksicht zu nehmen.

Das Preisverhältnis stimmt gar nicht.

Leider hatte ich keinen Tisch, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das Bett war recht hart. Die Nachttischlampe ging leider nicht. Ich bekam aber eine neue Lampe. Auch war die Duscharmatur defekt.

Communication only in German. This was a self checking place. I had to ask somebody in the street to translate the message. You cannot deal in the hospitality business from an international platform and not communicate in English. And I am not English myself so no nationalism here, just the fact that English is the recognised international language. Also the bike garage was down a flight of stairs and I had to carry my bike up and down the stairs and it was very precarious. the room was up 2 flight of very steep stairs and nothing mentioned it on website. I had just finished a long bike ride and had I know I would have had a rest first. Finally no staff on site at all and this did not feel safe. Does not compare favourably with other places I stayed in in Germany for similar prices.

Nach vorne Straßenlärm bis tws.2 Uhr zu Hören im Zimmer,da ein Fenster war nicht Schalldicht zu schließen/Zimmer 306.Kein TV- Fernbedienung.Nach hinten Kühlhauskompressor 24/7 inkl.Küchengestank.Kaputte Leserlampen und Flurbeleuchtung.

Die Zimmer waren zu klein. Im Badezimmer und Vorraum waren die Lampen defekt.Leselampen gingen teilweise auch nicht. In einem Zimmer war die Duschabtrennung defekt. Die Fernbedienung vom TV bekamen wir auf Anforderung am 2. TAG.
Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.
