Die Lage, Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür.
Sehr nettes Personal. Morgens nur Kaffee möglich für 3 €.

Cons:

Sehr, sehr warm. Es könnte mehr gelüftet werden. Die Nacht war ja kühl.

Um mit den Öffis zu fahren, ideal...
Pros:

Fahrt mit der Strassenbahn in die City in unter 10 Min.
Parkplatz kostenlos.

Cons:

Leider fährt die Strassenbahn bis spät in die Nacht und morgens sehr früh. Daher ist es zur Straßenseite sehr laut.
Keine Klimaanlage und nachmittags hatten wir bei fast 28 Grad ein Zimmer zur Sonnenseite. Daher war das Zimmer total aufgeheizt. Ich hatte um ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz hin gebeten, leider war es nicht möglich ...

Guter Aufenthalt im Hotel und eine wunderschöne Stadt.
Pros:

Die Lage, gleich am Rande der Altstadt - nach wenigen Metern über eine Brücke.

Cons:

Das Hotel lag gut, wir wurden freundlich bedient, alles hat gut gepasst.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage, das eigene kleine Zimmer im Dreibettzimmer

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Aber die braucht man ja in Rostock in der Regel nicht. Nur an diesem Wochenende wäre es schön gewesen.

Tram direkt vor dem Hotel

Cons:

Zwang zur nicht unerheblichen Kurtaxe, von der während der Buchung keine Rede war.
Fön und Kaffee müssen umständlich an der Rezeption geordert werden.
Keine Minibar, keine Wasserflaschen. Auch keine Gläser, nicht einmal Zahnputzbecher.
