Pros:

Mit den Touristekarte die öffentliche Verkersmittel ist kostenlos. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in Hotelnähe. Kann man sogar bis Warnemünde fahren damit.
Hotelanfart ist sehr einfach. Freundlice Mitarbeiter

Der Check in war gut, uns wurde alles gut erklärt.

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr schmal, für uns nicht ausreichend. Als wir nachts um 23.30 Uhr ankamen, waren keine Parkplätze mehr frei, jedenfalls nicht in der Nähe des Hauses.
Leider haben wir nicht wirklich schlafen können. Die durchgängige Matratze war hart und zu zweit ist deshalb ein entspanntes Schlafen nicht möglich, weil bei jeder Bewegung der Partner mit geschaukelt wird.
Die Toiletten Spülung ist sehr laut.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kulant. Großes Plus

Cons:

Es war leider sehr laut, da Straßenbahn direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei fuhr und nachts viel Publikumsverkehr war.

Pros:

Kleines sauberes Zimmer für kurz entschlossene Übernachtung in Rostock, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Fahrradschuppen ließ sich nicht öffnen, leider hab ich es erst nachts festgestellt, als kein Personal im Haus war. Hab es draußen angeschlossen, ging auch.
