Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable for three people, with comfortable beds and excellent cleanliness. The entire staff was kind, friendly and always willing to help with any request.

A special thank you to Sabina at the reception, who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to assist us with several things, including arranging taxis and helping with communication with the drivers. She was always very friendly, polite and smiling.

We were also allowed to check in an hour and a half before the scheduled check-in time, which was very convenient and greatly appreciated.

The hotel is also in a great location, just a short walk from the city center and directly opposite Aupark. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

The wifi in the room didnt conect in the firs day and it the second was poor

Áno raňajky boli chutné, výber bol postačujúci, personál ochotný. Lokalita blízko k centru mesta nám vyhovovala, radi sa k vám vrátime.

Pros:

Blízko na MHD, do centra i do Auparku. Klimatizace na pokoji. Na přespání naprosto vyhovující.

Cons:

Budova z venku vypadá velmi zanedbaně, zevnitř je to naštěstí o dost lepší, ale jde vidět, že si vybavení již něco zažilo (např. nedovírající dveře do koupelny).
