PLAJA, CURATENIA, PERSONALUL

Cons:

AM fost 3 familii. O familie a fost cazata in camera de hotel, iar 2 familii in *VILLA* care de fapt este ca o casuta de camping, cu o baie mica , trecere dintr-un dormitor in altul , cu perete de sticla. Concediu fara intimitate. Problema este ca am platit noi cele doua familii cazate la casuta, am platit 7954 ron, iar cei din hotel au platit 3930 lei si au avut conditii si confort.
Foarte nemultumiti am fost.

Pros:

Hotelul arata bine pe interior, este curat, prosoape albe schimbate zilnic. Nu aglomerat găseai masa libera la restaurant la orice ora, nu înghesuială pe plaja. Parcare lângă receptie inclusa in preț.

Cons:

Comparativ cu hotelul alăturat la care am fost anul trecut in aceeași perioada si tot de 4 stele sunt multe minusuri: mâncare foarte sărăcăcioasă, aceleași feluri de mâncare zilnic si pe deasupra nu au un sistem de mentinere a mâncării calde mai mult timp. Practic mâncarea rece de cele mai multe ori. Băutură slabă si puțină, prăjituri numai ruladă cu crema. Nu aveau centru spa si nici sală de fitness, pe plaja 2 șezlonguri fără saltea si o umbrela. Personalul de la restaurant de cele mai multe ori stătea si strângeam noi masa când terminam. În concluzie, cel mai slab hotel de 4 stele la care am fost in Bulgaria.

5 days vacation
Pros:

All the services were great, especially for the money we paid. The food was tasty and fresh. The drinks were a bit limited and not a really great quality but good enough.
The staff was very attentive and most of them spoke enough English to be able to communicate.
We had parking on the property.
Plenty of things for the kids to do as well, daily activities and safe fun in the pool.
We will surely go back for a longer stay.

Cons:

There was some sewage smell in the bathroom at some point☹️
No soap in the bathroom.
Maybe having a small bar at the private beach as well would be helpful.
By the time you get to the beach with your drink it will get warm already.
