Champex-Lac est une petite station plutôt tranquille, mais parfait pour un séjour en amoureux
Pros:

j'avais réservé une chambre et nous avions un appartement de vacances très confortable.
le lac était gelé et ouvert au public - top
une descente en luge avec pleins de rires

An incredible place to stay, eat and relax. Owners are beautiful.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. The owners were so helpful and lovely. We ate at the restaurant and added breakfast- I recommend both. Beds are comfy, and the location is incredible. We also popped into the sauna post lake swim, which was fantastic.

While the listing says that pets are allowed, when we arrived with my border collie we were told that dogs smell and that they cannot rent the room afterwards 😕. So my dog ended up sleeping in a tent with my husband, because we felt very unwelcome at the hotel.

It's just the location that's everything, but the rest is really bad.

Basic necessities provided in the flat. Not even breakfast included for the price which is very disappointing. Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am. The place is beautiful but it's far too expensive for what it is.

Lovely hotel right on the lake with amazing balconies!
Pros:

Great hotel right on the lake! We stayed as a stop on the TMB and this was a wonderful place to rest and reset after lots of hiking. We literally walked across the street to jump in the lake. Both of our rooms had massive balconies that looked out at the water. The shower/sink in our bathroom had some issues, but the staff was friendly when things came up. Overall a very charming hotel with lovely people running it! Champex Lac is adorable!

Cons:

The bathroom/sink in one of our rooms did not drain and the showerhead was a bit broken. There was also a stain on our sheets but they addressed it very quickly and kindly!
