土日で送迎バスが運休で不便で、遅刻してしまい、散々でした。
Cons:

マイカーで宿泊なら、問題はありませんが、交通期間を利用して宿泊なら、土日の送迎バスが運休で、タクシーを利用しなければならず、朝は、タクシーを呼んでから１５分も待たされ、間に合わず、遅刻してしまい、困りました。新幹線を利用なら、大宮駅の新幹線乗場に近く便利ですが、在来線利用なら、京浜東北線の乗場の反対側で、西口の２２番ホームから、反対側の１，２番ホーム迄、歩かなければならず、とても時間がかかりました。しかも、前にある改札から入ったら、エレベーターがなく、別の改札から入り直さないと、エレベーターが無く、不便でした。

清潔感のある良いホテルでした。

Cons:

ランドリー袋があると助かった。
全室禁煙にしてほしい。ツインの部屋は喫煙ルームしか空いていなくて禁煙のシングルを２部屋予約することになった。

花丸
Pros:

フロントの方が、行きたい場所を詳しく丁寧に説明す下さり、方向音痴の私にはとても有り難かったです。
送迎車も利用でき、とても快適に過ごす事ができました。
車で行ったので、駐車場が無料なのも凄く有り難いです。
また、機会があれば利用させて頂きます。
