الاقامه لم تعجبني ، لكن المدينة جميلة

اعجبني فقط بالمكان الموقع والنظافة العامة

للاسف الشديد كان مخيب للامال
- طلبنا غرفة غير مدخنين و دخلنا غرفة مدخنين ولما تواصلنا مع الموظف قال كل الغرف فيها دخان حتى لو طلبت غير مدخنين.
- الغرفة صغيرة جداً ولا يوجد بها اي خصوصيه نستطيع سماع اصوات اي شخص في الممر
- الاثاث قديم جداً والسرير غير مريح
- طلبت من مندوب توصيل الطعام لغرفتي وقال لي ان الاستقبال يقولون لي ممنوع وهذا من سياسه الفندق

للاسف منطقة سكاكا تفتقر صراحة للفنادق 5 نجوم

موظفين الاستقبال ودودين وتعاملهم راقي
والاخت حنين كانت متميزه وكذلك الاخت الاخرى نسيت اسمها
وجميع الطاقم خدماتهم ممتازه وكذلك الكوفي والمطعم
