立地がとても良い、けど寝られなかった｡ﾟ(ﾟ´ω`ﾟ)ﾟ｡
Pros:

朝食は最高！

Cons:

エアコンが部屋ごとの物でなかったので、調整がしずらかった。
シャワーの水量が少ないか、勢いが悪かった。
何かのアレルギーが出るのか、寝る時だけ咳が出て寝られなかった。朝起きると何でもなかった。多分寝具に何か問題が有るのかも。

ちょっとがっかり
Pros:

ロケーションはまあまフロントの対応もよかったです。ベットのマットは寝心地が良かったです。
地下鉄北２４条駅に近く周りに外食できる場所やコンビニもすぐ横で、便利。
交通アクセスも良い。

Cons:

部屋がめちゃくちゃタバコ臭い。禁煙室が選択できないのがガッカリ。（喫煙者には良いのかも？）
窓を開けたら隣のビルで日中も薄暗い部屋でした。
駐車場まで少し距離がありすぎ。

ビジネスで泊まるにはGOOD
Pros:

駅から近く、隣がコンビニで、近くに飲食のチェーン店やおいしいラーメン店がある

Cons:

昔は喫煙？というか匂いが廊下、部屋にうっすらあり、気になる人には気になるという点だけ
