Overall thoroughly disappointed

Location was nearby to the wedding attended

Cons:

The hospitality provided by the staff, particularly at the front office, was disappointing. The personnel exhibited a lack of experience, insufficient warmth, and an unprofessional attitude, which, unfortunately, reflected poorly on the overall management of the establishment. Even the staff encountered near the elevators failed to offer a simple smile or any form of acknowledgment.
Moreover, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed linens and covers were visibly stained and had an off-white hue, suggesting they were not properly maintained. The towels were noticeably aged and worn. These shortcomings certainly detracted from what should have been a comfortable and welcomg stay.
