We have just returned home from a 2 night stay at Lillypool with our 2 kids and mum. We had a twin room, and a deluxe family room. Both were spotlessly clean and a generous size with great amenities. We had breakfast both mornings, and it was fantastic. We would very highly recommend Lillypool to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back.

For some reason we hadnt received the entry code and staff on site were not helpful.
There was no air conditioning which we understand but the curtains had been left open so the room was very hot and could not be cooled.

Je pensais venir sur une ferme, cependant pas de ferme... le nom porte vraiment à confusion!
Nous étions proches d'une route très passante donc ce n'etait pas du tout agréable de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et d'entendre continuellement les voitures.
Compte-tenu de ces éléments, je pense que le prix était un peu trop élevé.

Beautifully clean and easy check in process. Mattress too hard for our taste though, would benefit a mattress topper. Also I feel like a hair dryer should be standard. We were provided with tea bags and coffee but no milk or sugar. Breakfast at the cafe in the morning was lovely. Kitchenette was immaculate and would have been perfect if we wanted to cook. Dog friendly was a major plus. And our dog had a lovely stay.
Cafe shut before the advertised hours. We arrived before 4 but cafe was shut. Would benefit from a guest information pack. A fan would have been handy luckily we brought our own.

Slightly out of the town down a busy road with no shoulders. I was walking the Mendip way so it felt a little dangerous on that road.
Nice sized room and wetroom, easy key access for my late arrival. Slept well and breakfast at the cafe in the morning was excellent with an added 20% off from staying in the hotel.
Mattress could have been a bit firmer. Some bugs in the room but thats understandable in the Countryside in the Summer.

Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Bed was comfortable, shower was glorious! Kitchen area has everything for essentials! Amazing value for money, would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting the area! Short commute to Cheddar and WSM. Quiet location, ideal for a quiet get away!
