Ideal location for exploring Cheddar Gorge with friendly, helpful staff; excellent value for money.
Pros:

Well located for visits to Cheddar Gorge. The awning and seating area in the adjacent field was ideal for chilling out in the shade with a book and a coffee - it was a real bonus to have a cafe on site. All the staff were exemplary: polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Air con would be an advantage: we hardly slept during the heatwave. We would have liked to do some walks from Lillypool Farm without having to drive first. The cafe closed a little too early in the afternoons - another hour or so would be ideal. Simple instructions for how to operate the equipment would have been useful: microwave, cooker hob, heated towel rail. Additionally, a folder with local tourist information would have been welcome.

Great location. Perfect for the Mendip Way.
Pros:

Every thing about it was fantastic. Spotlessly clean, spacious room with mini well equipped kitchen hidden in what looks like a wardrobe! Wetroom style shower facilities. Plenty of power points.
Great cafe on site for delicious breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

The lack of side lights by the bedside was the only negative but it really wasn’t a drama.

Overall I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Exceptionally clean and a beautiful location

Cons:

Could’ve done with some sugar sachets and also only one coffee and 3 tea bags. I think it must’ve been accidentally overlooked on room change. Other than that it was perfect

I would love to stay here again
Pros:

Beautiful location, stunning room and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The cafe next door was so handy in the morning as well. If we are in the area in future we will definitely book again.

Excellent, would book again.
Pros:

It was modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing room. it had all the main components needed to make your stay comfortable and stress free. It was a beautiful place.

Cons:

Due to family issues we had to leave moments after we arrived. We are very disappointed that we were able to stay but we will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Great stay would recommend and stay again

Rooms spacious, big comfortable bed, good parking, lots of outdoor seating, great cafe on site, friendly owners

Cons:

Would benefit from a broom/dustpan and brush in room so can clear floor of bit, especially after a walk

A pleasure from beginning to end.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast as we left very early. However we had Raspberry croissants purchased form the cafe, there was also all equipment for tea and toast, crockery pots and pans so you could cook for yourself if you wished. Lovely kitchenette area in our room.
The furniture and bedding was as as lovely as the room. Rain shower was great. shower was big and spacious. it also included shower soap shampoo. Hairdryer on request. Under floor heating was nice. we were allowed to take our dog too.
Kirsty and all her team were friendly, professional and accommodating. it seemed nothing was to much trouble.

Cons:

To be truthful, it was all a pleasurable stay, so no negatives. there were ample parking close by. an area that could be closed off for children to play safe that also included our dog. The road was very busy and noisy but after around 6-7pm it was fine.
