Персоналът е много вежлив и отзивчив. Храната беше много вкусна, но цените са височки.

Cons:

Незнам за другите, но стая 9 беше със счупена душ слушалка, счупена ръкохватка за водата на душ кабината, отвсякъде тече вода около кабината, и тоалетното казанче тече. Лампата в банята светваше след 2, 3 минути. Ламелите на допълнителното легло постоянно падаха, по тавана има следи от течове. Пишеше ежедневно зареждане с хигиенни материали, но такова нещо няма, даже тоалетна хартия ни дадоха на червъртия ден, като преди това си взехме от ресторанта.
