Közel a vasútállomáshoz, a parthoz és a Fő térhez is.

Jó elhelyezkedés, tágas terek, ingyen kávé, kedves tulaj.

Cons:

Borzasztóan lerobbant, koszos padló, fűtés csak légkondiból (fürdő ezért hideg), melegvízre 5 percet kell várni. Minősíthetetlen állapotok, szégyen,h ez kiadható.
