Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a unos minutos de la línea, es cómodo y tiene guardia de seguridad en la noche, la zona en general se sentía segura

Cons:

No había agua caliente, tuvimos un problema con la chapa y batallamos un poco en contactar con administración Pero una vez solucionado no tuvimos mayor problema, las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas

Cons:

Instalaciones demasiado desgastadas, cortinas desgastadas, ni siquiera cubrian por completo las ventanas, muebles demasiado viejos, colchón de la cama muy delgado e incómodo, se sentían todas las barras de metal de la base, cobijas viejas, el personal del lobby no supo decirme que habitación estaba asignada, el sofa muy sucio

Pésimo servicio ,no hubo agua desde que llegue,la última noche llego y no estaba caliente

Me gustaría que se me reembolsara parte de lo que pague ya que los días que estuve no hubo agua hasta el último día y cuando llego a salir no estaba caliente, yo cumplí como huésped respetando las reglas del lugar ,pero muy mal servicio

Si buscas un lugar accesible en precio vale la pena sin ir con grandes expectativas
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble si planeas cruzar la frontera caminando. Cuentan con un café rico en la planta baja y todo el tiempo hay un guardia. Además de que tiene una cocina completa si buscas prepararte ahí.

Cons:

Falta buena iluminación, mayor privacidad y seguridad en la puerta y ventanas. Los seguros de las ventanas estaban descompuestos algunos y las persianas no cubren todo el interior por lo que me sentí expuesto siendo una ciudad complicada. La ubicación no es tan práctica para los que tienen auto y quieren cruzar ya que las vías dan una gran vuelta para entrar o salir

Una muy buena relación calidad-precio. El loft para cuatro es genial, tiene mucho espacio y una terraza. El bar de abajo es muy chill y nos gustó también.

Cons:

Los utencilios de cocina eran un poco justos para 4 y había una cama que tenia el soporte roto por algunas partes (estaba pegado en velcro).

Great value w/ close proximity to amenities, but noisy neighborhood dogs w/ internet not working.
Pros:

The proximity to dental office Dental Brush was outstanding, although it was initially difficult to find. Also the price value was outstanding. Being able to cook a meal was also wonderful.

Cons:

However the wifi wasn't working properly, so my husband was entirely unable to connect to the internet on his phone. And the neighborhood had noisy dogs barking all night, so it was difficult to sleep. Perhaps coming with some earplugs would be a good idea.

Another fun night in Tj!
Pros:

A short walk to to the border their are 2 bars food and a coffee shop on site ! The bartender at Midnight cowboy kills it ! The room was cool with a balcony it’s nothing fancy but it was clean and quiet! You can easily get an uber or walk to revolucion(only during the day)

Cons:

Checking in was a hassle!
