No sirve el baño, se salía el agua por las mangueras de conexión, no tiene agua caliente, esta sucio, mal olor, la chica tarda mucho en responder, pedi cambio de habitación y nunca me respondió. No tiene ventilador y hace mucho calor.

Pésimo servicio al cliente, la seguridad que se garantiza no es para nada segura

Las puertas con “buena seguridad” no funcionaban y no había suficiente agua en la ducha, además de que toman demasiado tiempo para alguna ayuda que se necesite al contactar al establecimiento. Me aseguraron que la aplicación solo da las habitaciones que estén disponibles eso significa que aunque pagues por una habitación más grande y con mejor servicio no es garantizada aunque ya hayas pagado más por ese servicio.

El ambiente está tranquilo

Cons:

La regadera tenía una fuga ,salía un chorro hacia arriba y no salía bien la presión del agua , no se si solo estaba mal puesta , me dieron dos códigos para la puerta de la habitación y ninguno funcionó , tuve que buscar al guardia , mandar varios msj y al final me dieron una llave
