My experience with Glovis was very disappointing. The property advertised facilities that were either unavailable or did not exist. The swimming pool was under repair, and guests were not informed before arrival. Similarly, the gym, which was listed as an amenity, was not operational.

The apartment I was provided was significantly different from the description and photos shown at the time of booking. This was misleading and did not meet my expectations.

Customer service was also poor. Apart from one or two staff members, most of the employees, including the manager, were impolite and unhelpful. On one occasion, I requested an additional towel and a tea cup, as only one of each had been provided. I was told that clean towels were unavailable because they were being washed, and my request was not fulfilled until the following day, despite several reminders.

Breakfast was served in the room but was extremely limited, consisting only of an omelette, bread, and plantain every day, with little variety.

I also raised these issues with Booking.com. Unfortunately, the property denied my complaints, and no satisfactory resolution was reached. I was offered a goodwill credit of USD 34, but this did not adequately compensate for the misleading information and poor service.

Overall, I would not recommend this property, particularly to international travellers who rely on accurate property descriptions and dependable customer service when booking accommodation.

I didn't like that it was so close to construction.
It was definitely missing some final touches, homely touches let's say. There was a kitchen there to cook but like v minimal stuff and I also thought that maybe coffee and tea at least would be provided. Over all a fine stay.

Honestly, nothing. We had an amazing stay and couldn't fault the accommodation or the hospitality.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat nicht ganz gestimmt. Wir haben für die ersten zwei Nächte ca 80 € bezahlt und aufgrund einer spontanen Planänderung gezwungenermaßen noch eine weitere Nacht für ca 65 € hinzugebucht. Für diesen Preis hätten wir insgesamt etwas mehr Komfort erwartet.

Die Ausstattung wirkt teilweise etwas älter, das Bett war für unseren Geschmack nicht besonders bequem und die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. Außerdem hatte das Bad kein Fenster, lediglich nur ein Moskitonetz. Zudem befindet sich aktuell eine Baustelle direkt gegenüber, was für zu viel Lärm gesorgt hat. Ein Hinweis auf die Baustelle auf Booking vor der Buchung hätte auf jeden Fall unsere Wahl beeinflusst.

Wir würden die Unterkunft nur dann empfehlen, wenn sie zu einem günstigeren Preis angeboten wird. Wer Wert auf Komfort und Ruhe (zumindest keine Baustelle) legt, sollte dies bei seiner Buchungsentscheidung berücksichtigen.

Etwas weiter weg aber mit Grab usw. Easy zu erreichen.
