Location was good

Cons:

They were doing works on the kitchen veranda during the stay it was very noisy and disruptive, the sheets in the room had stains on and the bathroom had very little water pressure in the shower and was largely outdated from the pictures

Positive atmosphere, calm vibes in the heart of Ulu.
Pros:

I loved the property such calm and homely vibes . Aven and Debbie were the best always so attentive and Aven stayed to give me a late check in and carried my bags he was so helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, quiet, comfortable villa
Pros:

Lovely property to stay in Uluwatu. It's quiet, clean, and the staff are very attentive and kind, especially Debby who was very accomodating to all my needs. The property looks exactly like the photos. I extended my stay as I was really comfortable here.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Die Fotos auf booking.com entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem aktuellen Zustand der Anlage.
Pros:

Von dem Standort aus, konnte man alles sehenswerte in der Umgebung gut mit dem Motorroller erreichen.

Cons:

Alles ranzig, in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise kaputt, unattraktiv, bröckelnd.

My experience with Glovis was very disappointing. The property advertised facilities that were either unavailable or did not exist. The swimming pool was under repair, and guests were not informed before arrival. Similarly, the gym, which was listed as an amenity, was not operational.

The apartment I was provided was significantly different from the description and photos shown at the time of booking. This was misleading and did not meet my expectations.

Customer service was also poor. Apart from one or two staff members, most of the employees, including the manager, were impolite and unhelpful. On one occasion, I requested an additional towel and a tea cup, as only one of each had been provided. I was told that clean towels were unavailable because they were being washed, and my request was not fulfilled until the following day, despite several reminders.

Breakfast was served in the room but was extremely limited, consisting only of an omelette, bread, and plantain every day, with little variety.

I also raised these issues with Booking.com. Unfortunately, the property denied my complaints, and no satisfactory resolution was reached. I was offered a goodwill credit of USD 34, but this did not adequately compensate for the misleading information and poor service.

Overall, I would not recommend this property, particularly to international travellers who rely on accurate property descriptions and dependable customer service when booking accommodation.

Pros:

I liked the room, the bed was super comfy. It was a nice location, near lots of cafes to eat and drink.

Cons:

I didn't like that it was so close to construction.
It was definitely missing some final touches, homely touches let's say. There was a kitchen there to cook but like v minimal stuff and I also thought that maybe coffee and tea at least would be provided. Over all a fine stay.

An exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality, a perfect location, and wonderful hosts!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at The Warm Sun. Debbie and her team made our experience truly special! They were incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed. Debbie was always smiling, chatty and genuinely one of the highlights of our trip. She helped us organise scooter hire at a fantastic price, stored our luggage on our last day and welcomed us to continue using the communal villa areas after checkout until it was time to leave and always enquired about our day and plans when we were coming and going, making us feel very at home.

The location was perfect, it wad just 5–10 minutes from amazing restaurants, beaches and beach clubs, while still being tucked away enough that it was peaceful and quiet at night. The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable with a firm mattress, which we loved. Fresh drinking water was provided daily, and having access to a communal kitchen area with fridge space for food and drinks was a great bonus.

Thank you, Debbie, for making our stay so memorable. We would recommend The Warm Sun to anyone visiting Bingin/Uluwatu and will definitely be back!

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. We had an amazing stay and couldn't fault the accommodation or the hospitality.

Pros:

Prachtige kamers, met een fijne badkamer. Het hotel is prachtig, fijn zwembad en super fijn dat er een keuken is, fantastisch! Personeel was super behulpzaam.

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were lovely. The property is in a decent location with about a 5 minute scooter ride into the main busier areas of Bingin
