Perfect coastal family getaway
Pros:

Everything you could wish for in one spot. Beautiful beach, swimming pools, play area, kids activities, spa, gym, and dining room with fabulous views. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Kids run around happily while the adults can relax. Amazing spread for each mealtime so everyone can find something to enjoy.

Pros:

This was our third time returning to Pumula and I have to say it didn't disappoint! As usual the food was amazing, the staff extremely friendly and everything was just perfect. We starting visiting when my kids were small and they loved it - now they are teens and its still their favourite place......It is a real break for me as well - no shopping or cooking and cleaning to stress about, just real relaxing family time. Thanks Pumula!!!!

It was wonderful. My room was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean.Food outstanding.Pool good.
Pros:

Cons:

They just need to repair the stair railings to room 44 as they are wobbly because the wood is rotten.

Great offering for a 3 star hotel - loads of activities and entertainment for the kids, fantastic location and great, welcoming staff. Not a far drive from Durban so perfect for a weekend away.

Family trip to Pumula!
Pros:

The staff were truly caring, and friendly made sure they were accommodating to our needs, the rooms were big and clean and very comfortable. The heated pool was our favourite, my kids loved every moment in the water and the direct beach access is a win 👌🏾! Almost forgot, the kids activities and facilities were my favourite, great hotel for kids!

Cons:

The dinner menu could improve, for that price a normal steak or something from an à la carte menu would have been great. The breakfast and lunch menu’s were perfect 👌🏾 and delicious. Was also happy with the kiddies menu. Ohh please get another cappuccino machine, it doesn’t help getting your coffee after the meal is finished, even if we ordered on arrival still didn’t help.
