Relaxing, welcoming kid friendly resort
Pros:

First off, the staff are all exceptional!! Everyone makes you feel so welcome and always there to help. The hotel is so well geared to kids of all ages, there are activities for everyone, a kids dining room and again the staff are so supportive!
