Puiki patirtis šiame viešbutyje! Nuo pat atvykimo jautėmės labai laukiami – personalas buvo ne tik profesionalus, bet ir nuoširdžiai malonus bei paslaugus. Kambarys buvo švarus, jaukus ir skoningai įrengtas, o lova – itin patogi, todėl puikiai pailsėjome.

Labai patiko ir viešbučio atmosfera – rami, tvarkinga ir atpalaiduojanti. Pusryčiai buvo gausūs ir skanūs, su dideliu pasirinkimu kiekvieno skoniui. Taip pat vertiname patogią vietą – viešbutis įsikūręs netoli oro uosto, todėl ypač patogu keliaujantiems.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms, but with not so great staff
Pros:

Modern hotel with interesting design room. Not to my taste though. Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Miscomunication between shifts. I requested breakfast package due to my early checkout. The staff told I don't need to request it as it is always ready. In the morning when I approached the new shift employee they told me that there are no packages left. I paid for breakfast that I didn't get due to staff miscommunication. I was there 15 minutes before actual breakfast and the staff memeber try to organize a new package or give me anything, although, there were already food in the breakfast area. Very ignorant attitude.

The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

We stayed on the second day of Easter, so the restaurant was already closed in the evening, bar as well. No staff to clean up the lobby after the evening. There were a lot of empty glasses and trash on the tables in the lobby.
