Riconfermata pienamente la mia soddisfazione sotto tutti i punti di vista: cortesia; disponibilità verso gli ospiti per soddisfare ogni loro esigenza; pulizia accurata; stanza iper confortevole. Il tutto in un rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente ottimo. Sotto l'attenta guida di Maurizio tutto funziona a meraviglia 😊. Staff capace e cordiale cui va tutto il mio apprezzamento per la professionalità dimostrata. Pros:

God og fredelig beliggenhed. Gå afstand til vulkanen og stranden. Indkøb og restauranter i nærheden.
Det er præcis som man kan forvente fra billederne og beskrivelsen. Det er ikke nyt men det er god valuta for pengene.

Cons:

Morgenmaden er meget enkel. Kommunikationen var lidt forvirrende.

Posizione tranquilla a pochi passi dal paese ma lontano dal runore, piscina piccola ma carina con vista sul vulcano.
Personale gentile; bello fare colazione a bordo piscina .

Cons:

Hotel vecchiotto, necessiterebbe di una sistemata, soprattutto le camere. Colazione misera , buone le brioches ma mancano pane fresco ( solo pan carrè tostato) frutta, yogurt naturale e del vero succo d’arancia ( quello fornito era una bibita dolce) .
Prezzo alto rispetto alle condizioni del luogo e colazione .

Struttura immersa nella natura e alla fine della via principale dal porto. L’acqua della piscina era pulita.

Cons:

Parto dalla colazione come PROBLEMA principale. Alle 9 del mattino a bordo piscina 6 yogurt rimasti e dopo 30 min notiamo che finiscono e non vengono riforniti. Ci sono affianco marmellate e miele confezionati monodose senza una fetta di pane, pancarrè. NIENTE! Almeno ci sono cornetti caldi al bar della piscina ma che devi richiedere ogni volta. Il bar della piscina è in condizioni pietose. Appena arrivati ci fanno attendere gentilmente in piscina per aspettare l’orario di check-in ma si scordano di avvisarci. Poi alla fine ci assegnano una camera (una vale l’altra). Non sono presenti zanzariere almeno alla finestra del bagno. Letti e mobili in legno antiquati. Il bagno tutto ossidato e fatiscente. Non era possibile nemmeno appoggiare i prodotti per il bagno sopra il lavandino. Il frigorifero faceva un rumore fastidioso, come abbiamo staccato la presa per spegnerlo è scattata una scintilla. Abbiamo pagato una follia per il tipo di servizio. Mi dispiace che abbiano una sola persona per fare le colazioni e le pulizie delle camere. Come si può pensare di offrire professionalità con solo una persona? Alle colazioni non esiste proprio!!
