Not worthy room rent… room and batch room not clean… morning breakfast not worth…
Break fast was only South indian Veg though varities were provided on different days. No continental, north indian or any other variations.
Building has not been renovated since its construction 9 years back. Cracks, mould, discolouration etc have set in. Acs have not been serviced since long. Outer look of the building is dilapidated. Staff knew only Tamil, no Englishh, no Hindi. Difficult to converse and tell your requirements.

Food was average, should have provided more variety.
Mini refrigerator should have been provided in the room at that price.
Response from staff is very poor.. While check-in and check-out the staff not at all assisting to carry luggages...
Room charges should be reduced and response from staff should be improved.... Complementary breakfast was good.....
Property is not maintained properly
Property not maintained properly… over priced.. bed spread and pillow cover were not clean… visible dirt and blood spot… closest showers were not working… paid for 2 double cot room, since the room was smelly and under repair, we were given an alternate room with 1 double cot and 1 single cot with the same cot, which is a scam.. Hotel receptionist was not ready to refund as we were trying to cancel the 2nd day stay due to this ordeal.. will try to highlight this in all the available forum.. never expected that booking.com will promote such hotels
Location was okay.
Poor room service as staff wasn't available after midnight till morning. Walls were dirty and not so maintained well. Very costly for the services offered.

No camp fire was done. But they committed to do it.
Breakfast was good, location excellent, though indoor gaming facility was provided lots were missing - can be improved
1) Overall cleanliness of the property could have been better be it the premises or giving fresh & crisp towels
2) Room cleaning request was not promptly attended to on time - this could be improved
