Very bad experience at the stay
Pros:

The resort has a lot of greens around it is the only good thing.

Cons:

Very bad beds with a lot of bedbugs wandering around, couldn't sleep for the whole night. Zero maintenance on beddings. The water in the restroom was completely muddy and stinky, not in usable condition and will end up in infections for sure. No action was taken on the water even after informing the facility. On the whole very bad experience at the stay even with the superior room booked. The entire trip was a flop because of this stay.

Absolute horrible experience.
1. We reached around 4:30pm but still the rooms were not cleaned and we had to wait for 30mins.
2. The room was broadcasted as one with balcony with garden view but there was none. 3. The room was unclean and smelled very badly throughout the stay.
4. The WiFi kept on tripping throughout the time, no stable signal, also zero mobile signal.
5. The washroom water was muddy.
6. The beds and sheets were unclean.
