Not worth the price
Pros:

The staff were polite and respectful, and the breakfast was good and the AC worked well.
They had a safe room for our luggage after check out until our flight. Location was good too.

Cons:

The hotel felt more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star one and was not worth the price we paid. On the first day, we found a used insulin pen in the trash bin. The elevator was very small, and our room was opposite the staff room, so we could hear conversations during the day when we wanted to relax. I requested a queen-size bed, but we received two single beds pushed together. The salt and pepper containers at breakfast were dirty, and water leaked from the shower area into the bathroom.

Pros:

Небольшой современный отель с очень хорошими завтраками (с клубникой и черешней), мы за 3 ночи в конце мая заплатили 18 000 руб. Соотношение цена-качество восторг! Расположение для нас хорошее, немного поодаль от центра, каскад в 10 минутах по зеленому бульвару, центр тоже в пешей доступности, ночью тишина спали с открытым окном.

Cons:

При заселении был грязный пол (мы заселялись в 23:00), попросили утром при уборке номера помыть - все выполнили стало чисто.

Удобный матрас, хорошее расположение, приятный ремонт в номере

Cons:

Завтрак так себе: растворимый кофе.. Лучше брать без завтрака и сходить куда нибудь поесть.

Aufgrund der Lage würden wir wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Man kam schnell zu Fuß an die Metro oder einige der Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Das Personal sprach leider nur eingeschränkt Englisch. Das Frühstück war insgesamt bescheiden.

Pros:

The staff were very polite and welcoming. The location is great, with a playground nearby, which was perfect for our family. The room was cozy and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the complimentary crib, which was of excellent quality.

La struttura è comoda per dormire a Yerevan e se avete un auto ha anche il parcheggio (da non sottovalutare in questa città caotica).

Pros:

Понравилось практически всё. Потрясающее расположение, круглосуточный ресепшен, вежливость и внимательность персонала, потрясающий номер, необычный лифт, панорамные окна, отличный Интернет. Да почти всё. В номере тапочки, сейф, ложка для обуви, дорхенгер, чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, чашки, ложки, стаканы, холодильник, кондиционер, отличное постельное, панорамные окна, ТВ со смартом, удобные диваны, столы, шкафы, ящики, розетки везде где надо. В уборной комплект рыльномыльного, шапочка для душа, одноразовый набор с ватными палочками и спонжами, зубная паста и щётка, полотенца всех размеров, гигиенический душ. Не прошло и суток после чекаута, как я забронировал номер для следующей поездки в Ереван через месяц.

Cons:

Из недостатков даже не знаю. Выход из отеля только на ул. Корюна, ну или я просто не нашёл выход в другую сторону. Матрас не очень удобный, небольшой топпер бы спас положение. Выключатель один ни за что не отвечает, просто ни за чем не нужен, щёлкает, но ничего не происходит. Собственно, более недостатков не обнаружено.

Pros:

небольшой отель, в центре, в номере есть все нужное, чисто, уборку делали ежедневно, приветливый персонал

Cons:

завтраки бедноваты, одно горячее блюдо и немного нарезок и фруктов. Когда отель заполнился клиентами, были моменты, что все разобрано и по сути завтракать нечем

Breakfast and lunch were generally very tasty and filling. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help. The hotel is very conveniently located.
