Pros:

Pros:

Cons:

When travelling by car, this hotel will be even better solution than for those without it
Pros:

Location

Indeed, the hotel is located between two major Northern districts* of the Armenian capital like Kanaker-Zeytun and Nor Nork. Therefore, one may expect that getting to the hotel is problematic. Actually, there are some bus, trolleybus as well as minibus routes from Kentron [the city center]. It will take you only 5–6 stops on a highway that is Miasnikyan Street and just few minutes when some traffic jams in a morning/evening are lacking. Another option, you may reach the hotel by foot from Roubiniants Street, one of the largest ones in Kanaker-Zeytun. The third option is to use the first bus stop in the Gai Ave. in the Nor Nork District** (looking from Kentron) as a starting point. The main problem for those who are new in Yerevan is that the Miasnikyan Street is a typical highway passing from Kentron to Nor Nork, and there is no pedestrian crossing near the bus stop in few dozens of meters near the Palma Palace Hotel. In its turn, the third option falls to the decision on reaching of the first bus stop in the Gai Ave. in Nor Nork by public transport and than taking the other bus for 2 stops in the direction to Kentron, but not Kanaker-Zeytun. On the middle autumn'2022, trolleybus tickets cost 50 ֏ ≈ 0.13 € ≈ 0.94 DKK, bus/minibus tickets are twice as much. Concerning taxis, their price may be in the range of 1000–2000 ֏, so up to 5 €, or 37,50 DKK. Fortunately, the local people are open-minded and gentle, therefore, someone of them can easily stop the car just in front of the bus stop near the hotel and pick you up to the city center, obviously for free.

Breakfast is good and nutritious and is friendly served either in a small hall, or in the garden.

* Those in Yerevan are quite similar to the boroughs in many cities in English-speaking countries.
** Here, the text is about the Nor Nork I Quartier in the Nor Nork District. There are nine quartiers in Nor Nork with the same name and their corresponding numbers.

Cons:

The quality-price ratio is nearly ideal, therefore, this box might be easily left blank. Obviously, those rooms with windows looking to the highway may be much more noisy. Good stuff, most of the windows are located not to the West and South West, that is actually critical in any city or village when >40 °C is often for some weeks in July and August.
