Pros:

Хороший отель, небольшой но очень уютный, простые но вкусные завтраки, хороший уютный номер, 20 минут пешком до каскада, всё понравилось, прямо рекомендую. В отеле работают очень душевные люди.

Local vibes, quiet and friendly place to relax
Pros:

We really liked the home feeling of the hotel. It is small and a bit away from the main road, but in a quiet location so we slept really well. We enjoyed the welcoming and friendly staff. Good hot shower and facilities. The breakfast was good too.

Cons:

It is far from the center to walk, but close to the city view point and Mother Armenia Monument and park where you can have very local vibes and a good view point. The neighborhood is local so you can buy bread and other groceries.

A Hidden Gem in Yerevan
Pros:

We spent five nights at this small yet very cozy hotel tucked away in a quiet residential area of Yerevan — and absolutely loved our stay.

The atmosphere is peaceful and homely, and the staff are simply wonderful: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, a fridge, a hairdryer, and a comfy bed. Everything is in excellent condition, and the large window lets in plenty of natural light. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, a perfect start to each day.

The location is convenient — just a five-minute walk from one of the main roads. Within a 5–7 minute walk you’ll also find a bakery with amazing fresh bread, fruit shops (with peaches, grapes, raspberries, pears, and more), a café, and a pharmacy. A fifteen-minute walk takes you to a large shady park with beautiful views over the city.

Although it’s a bit away from the city center, getting around is easy and inexpensive by taxi.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to this hotel on our next trip to Yerevan.

Тихое уютное место.
Pros:

Новый отель расположен в районе с частной застройкой. Район тихий. Одна из основных городских дорог в пешей доступности. Там есть рядом пекарня, фрукты- овощи, супермаркет, аптека, кафе. Отель комфортный, маленький, всего на несколько номеров. Номера большие, комфортые, удобная кровать, много места в шакфу, есть холодильник, фен. Чисто. Все новое. Кондиционер работал хорощо. Наши окна выходили в сад соседнего дома. Великолепные завтраки, очень вусные, с элементами разнообразия. Домашняя атмосфера и прекрасный приветливый персонал. Пробыли в отеле 5 дней, остались очень довольны.

Cons:

Надо учитывать, что до центра пешком далеко (карта города не учитывает рельеф местности), но это слихвой компенсируется тишиной, свежим воздухом и доступным такси.
