Очень приятное место, везде чисто и уютно! Видно, что этим местом дорожат и заботятся о нем. В номере были все необходимые удобства.

В номерах просторно, чисто и уютно. Чувствуешь себя как дома.

Хороший отель, небольшой но очень уютный, простые но вкусные завтраки, хороший уютный номер, 20 минут пешком до каскада, всё понравилось, прямо рекомендую. В отеле работают очень душевные люди.

Local vibes, quiet and friendly place to relax
Pros:

We really liked the home feeling of the hotel. It is small and a bit away from the main road, but in a quiet location so we slept really well. We enjoyed the welcoming and friendly staff. Good hot shower and facilities. The breakfast was good too.

Cons:

It is far from the center to walk, but close to the city view point and Mother Armenia Monument and park where you can have very local vibes and a good view point. The neighborhood is local so you can buy bread and other groceries.
