Cons:

Worst service! Bad smell of linen and bed. Cheapest breakfast! Nothing to eat! Even after telling the owner about it - nothing changed! Never stay in this place!

Schmutzig stinkig, unlogisch zumutbar, empfehle ich niemanden. Diese Hotel soll erst renoviert werden und alles gesäuber
Pros:

Nur der ältere Herr, der Koffer getragen hat, sehr sympathisch.

Cons:

Leider gab es sehr unfreundliche Personal sehr schmutzig. Die Bettwäsche hat gestunken nach Rauch bei Buchung stand nicht, dass der Pool extra kostet. Aber im Hotel haben wir mitgekriegt, dass wir extra noch mal 4000 armenische dram zahlen sollen Die Lage war sehr schlecht, sehr weit zum Frühstücken auf schmutzige Tischdecken monatelang nicht gewechselt. Geschirr Teller haben Flecken gehabt. Noch nicht mal ein Messer gekriegt 😫 normal hätten wir noch weitere fünf Nächte übernachten sollten aber wir haben sofort ausgebucht und wir sind sehr enttäuscht über Z. Wie gesagt sehr schmutzig auch die Möbel sehr stinkig bezahlt haben wir trotzdem weitere Übernachtungen war nicht möglich und das Geld wollten die nicht, dass man mit Visakarte zahlt, sondern nur bar das war auch merkwürdig trotz allem sehr höflicher haben wir uns verabschiedet, aber ich empfehlen keine dahin zu gehen

A little expensive for 3star hotel
Pros:

I like the atmosphere which was comfortable and cozy. The staffs were really kind and helpful. The scaduale for breakfast was flexible and i like it. The room was clean and the balcony was in front of pool so it was enjoyable.

Cons:

The breakfast had no choise but enough. They didnt mention in booking that we need additional charge for using pool. We chose this hotel because of its pool and it is alittle expensive if we cant use the pool.
