The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable!
The hotel overall could benefit from some maintenance.
The location can be a bit tricky. If you miss the operating hours of the Cascade’s mechanical stairs, you might face a tiring climb of around 800 steps up the hill.
Yandex/Taxi is a good option.

It was my second stay in this hotel.
Location , Breakfast and staff were great.
Unfortunately beds were dirty and smelled so bad.
Another thing is that you don't have any room service during your staying period and for example your towels won't be changed daily.
