Cons:

Konakladığımız odada çok soğuk olmasına rağmen kalorifer (ısıtıcı) çalışmıyordu. Çok üşüdük ve uykudan uyanıp gece yarısı yardım istemek zorunda kaldık fakat sorun çözülmedi. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş küçük bir sıcak hava üfleyici verdi ancak bu çok da işe yaramadı (yine de ona teşekkür ederiz). Kahvaltı özenle hazırlanmıştı, bunun için de teşekkür ederiz ancak vejeteryan-vegan ya da müslüman olanlar için herhangi bir bilgilendirme yoktu, yiyeceklerin içeriğinde ne olduğunu bilemediğimiz için birçok şeyi yiyemedik, mutfakta çalışan hanımefendiye sorduğumuzda bilmiyorum yanıtını aldık. Kısacası profesyonelliğe yaklaşmak için bazı şeylerin titizlikle ele alınıp düzeltilmesi gerekiyor. Umarım gereken yapılır, teşekkür ederim.

Доброта и доброжелательность , таких добрых людей как в Армении и в частности в этом отеле давно не встречали. Плюс ко всему очень дешево и с прекрасным сервисом.
