Pros:

A nice hotel, close to the city centre. The room was huge and very clean. The manager was very helpful and thoughtful, organising many tours around the country and providing any information about everything we needed. Also the driver, Mr Aram, was very friendly and consistent.

BEST Customer Service, Spacious Room, Professional, Clean and Welcoming!
Pros:

Alisa from the Front Desk was fantastic! She thought of every detail from pre-arrival to check-in to our early morning departure. She made sure we had everything we need, personally escorted us to our room, packed a breakfast for us to take with on our early morning flight departure, and she stayed up all night making sure everything was in order for our stay and truly has the BEST customer service. I think she is an amazing ambassador for this hotel. The room itself was very large, spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Quality ceramic tea kettle and mugs, plates, cutlery all provided, a lovely dining table and large office desk, comfortable lounging chairs, tv, minifridge, safe, very clean washroom, great view of the city. Very secure, professional and welcoming!

Cons:

Everything was wonderful. If I were to add something it would be to have room service available, but it is easy enough to have yandex food delivery come to the hotel. Alisa even brought up our food for us. She is amazing!!

Заселялись втроем , я жена и сын. Нам все очень понравилось! Очень гостеприимные люди тут работают!!!
Просторный номер! Более чем просторный, две огромные кровати, втроем очень комфортно.
Вкусный завтрак в библиотеке, с изумительными, только что испеченными пирожками и морковным пирогом.
От центра 10 минут пешком, по просторному парку!
От аэропортов тоже недалеко, на такси если нет пробок 20 минут
На улице +10 и дождь в номере было тепло.
Рекомендую !

Cons:

Немного шумновато, так как окна выходят на оживленную дорогу, но не критично.
