Хорошее место с замечательными людьми
Pros:

Очень приятно и дружелюбно встретили. С самим номером тоже всё в порядке. За такую цену на территории Армении вполне достойное место. Район жилой, спокойный.

Cons:

В люксе огромная пустая комната без особого назначения: диван, стол, холодильник и телевизор. Хотелось бы видеть в номере бутылочку воды или хотя бы чайник для кипячения воды.

Отзывчивый персонал. Большой и просторный номер. Соотношение цены и качество! Не центр, но на такси нормально. Рядом большой супермаркет Ереван Сити. Тихо и уютно, были в выходные. Благодарим за гостеприимство!

Do not recommend. It is not worth the cost you pay
Pros:

Удобное расположение в центре Давташена

Cons:

When I arrived, the air conditioning didn’t work, but it was replaced in 2 days after unpleasant talking in raised tones with the owner.
Wallpapers were peeling off walls everywhere.
Mixing faucets had not been replaced supposedly for 20 years, every faucet had a lot of deep scratches and looked awful.
It’s impossible to use TV and a fridge at the same time, because there was only 1 outlet available for both.
The bed had a hard mattress and did not have an orthopedic bottom at all. There were only two small uncomfortable pillows. After 3 nights I got noticeable neck and back pain.
I booked the room for 8 nights but decided to leave it after 6 nights, because my health was negatively affected. The owner declined to refund for unused 2 nights.
Last but not least, the room was much smaller than declared. In the description, it is 40 m2 large, but in fact it was a quite average room around 17-19 m2 at most with a weird niche (hole) in the wall for bed.

Overall impression is great. Staff is friendly and helpful in any situation.
Pros:

This place is a bit distant from the center, but it is right at the passport service center if you need that kind of services. Anyway the taxi is rather cheap so you can get to any place in the city in 20 minutes. Besides, the hotel can arrange the transer.

Cons:

The season didn't start so the swimming pool was closed. The hotel should indicate it at the web-page.
Our room had a kitchen, but without anything in it. Please add at least some cups, plates and knife if possible.
