Nothing

Cons:

1. No elevator. Floor 3
2. bad smells from the shower.
3. The room wasn't clean
4. No parking.
5. Drum playing, very noisy, at the next room. Until 22:32 pm.
6. Price is too high for the value.
7. Far from the center.

Clean hotel, needs to reconsider if it can handle the services it offers.
Pros:

Clean, hot water, good wifi, cheap price.

Cons:

Reception can't even take a phone call and will hang up. Room service is advertised in room but you have to physically go down to reception to establish its not coming nor is available. Then they direct you to the restaurant which is currently occupied by a wedding blasting music so loud that you can hear it in reception 3 floors down.

The kindness of the receptionist
The car park

Cons:

The 4th floor of this place is a restaurant that is booked almiosr every night for private parties and celebrations and you don't know it until you are there. The noise was awful and I was on the 2nd floor (with earplugs) so it must have been a nightmare for the customers staying on the 3rd floor. Avoid this place if you want to rest, which is the purpose of a hotel.

Good place to stay
Pros:

This hotel is in the very center of Zugdidi. Everything is close. Easy to navigate. Rooms are clean, conditioners are on place during the hot temperature. Overall well done..

Cons:

There was a little bit strange smell, but when we opened the windows that issue was solved..
