Cons:

Tenía una reserva por tres noches y la máquina de self check in me dió las llaves por una sola noche. El horario del restaurante donde te atienden es a partir de las 10AM, por lo que me iba del hotel sin haber solucionado el problema. Recién al volver me daban una nueva llave, pero como llegaba tarde de pasear por la ciudad me lo solucionaban de a un día.

Location is great, the restaurant also good.

Cons:

Bed bugs in the room 2!!! No reception. The code to enter the courtyard door to the booking machine was never send to me. The safe is not working. The water in the shower is almost not possible to change (60 degrees or so).

Unterkunft mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in sehr guter Lage

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, in Laufdistanz zum Bahnhof, sauberes Zimmer mit guter Matratze und Kaffeemaschine.

Super buena iliminación con ventanas.
Muy cómodo

Cons:

Olor a basura en el ingreso, realmente teníamos que aguantar la respiración para pasar por ahi o saltar los fluídos que salían del basurero.

Zuerst war die Tür zum Self-Checkin-Automat zu, eine Nachbarin hat uns dann über den Hinterhof zum Automaten geführt. Dieser hat aber nicht funktioniert, die Buchungsnummer wurde nicht gefunden und der Scanner für den Pass war defekt. Auf der Natelnummer in der Buchung war niemand erreichbar.

Average if you are two people and don't care about wifi
Pros:

The place was clean and the junior suite was big enough to fit four people. The air conditioning in the heatwave was a plus.

Cons:

Two of four people had to sleep on really, really uncomfortable sofa beds that were basically on the floor and flipped over if you moved wrong, while the WiFi was unusable because of how unstable it was.

Absolute worst experience - avoid at all costs
Pros:

Choose this place only if your alternative is sleeping on the street. Honestly, I cannot believe the Zurich municipality allows this "hotel" to operate. The self-check-in process is a complete disaster. We were given a passcode to enter the compound, but it didn't work, leaving us stranded by a foul-smelling trash gate with no idea what to do.

We eventually went to the restaurant in the same building (which apparently owns the hotel), and they handed us a completely different passcode. Once you finally get inside, brace yourself: the stench is sickening. It feels and smells less like a hotel and more like a literal garbage dump. Absolute worst ever

Cons:

There is nothing you like from this property except the location - which was superb. The rest is not just bad but really really bad such that words cannot sufficiently explain.

Cons:

I had booked a room and arrived around 10:00 PM for check-in. The hotel used a self-check-in system, but I faced problems from the beginning. After calling customer support, I finally received a key card, but when I went to the room, I discovered that another guest was already staying there.
The hotel was fully booked, and I was left waiting until nearly midnight without any solution. Since they could not provide me with a room, I had to book another hotel myself.
Getting a refund was also very difficult. The manager showed no responsibility, stopped answering phone calls, and was unwilling to help. When I said I would call the police, the manager replied, "Do whatever you want, I can't do anything."
This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

I liked nothing about the property . Please check google reviews before booking . We saw few bed bugs and a cockroach as well. AC doesn’t cools. No proper description on how to check in . It took us a while to figure out how to get the key card. And no description on how to check out. At last we decided to give it to the restaurant owner.

Pros:

地理位置算优越，距离火车站和国家博物馆比较近，附近也有超市。设施基本跟描述一样，有厨房冰箱。

Cons:

空调坏了，一直响，酒店处理不算积极。设施有点旧，地板走得滋滋响。不知道前台在哪里，白天3点也只能自助入住。小阳台一开窗，扑面而来的油烟味。
