Byłam bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Pokój był w porządku – czysty, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony.
Absolutnym hitem były śniadania – naprawdę przepyszne, z dużym wyborem i świeżymi produktami. Jedzenie na bardzo wysokim poziomie!
Największe wrażenie zrobiła jednak obsługa. Recepcja i cały personel na najwyższym poziomie. Pan z recepcji był niesamowicie zaangażowany, pomocny i życzliwy – od razu czuło się, że jest się w dobrych rękach. Cała obsługa zasługuje na solidne 10/10!
Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i na pewno wrócę. ❤️

Pozytywnie zaskoczona, jakością do ceny. Super!
Pros:

Wyśmienite śniadanie, duży wybór na ciepło, jak i na zimno. Serio, byłam bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczona. Dawno nie jadłam tak dobrego śniadania. Czyściutko, serwis pierwsza klasa. Personel pomocny. W pokoju woda mineralna i zestaw do parzenia kawy czy herbaty.
Przyjechałam 1:40 w nocy i nie było żadnego problemu. Fakt, uprzedziłam, ale całodobowa recepcja jest dla mnie mocno na +. Zdarzyło mi się odwoływać rezerwację "bo Pani nie dojedzie". Duży, bezpłatny parking za szlabanem. Pokój mega przyzwoity, w pokoju czysto. Pościel świetna, bo nie byłam oblana potem. Restauracja z ciekawymi daniami. Ogólnie hotel bardzo, bardzo przyzwoity. Jak tylko będę w Łodzi i będą wolne pokoje, na pewno tam wrócę.

Cons:

Jak mam się czepiać, klapa wolno opadająca w toalecie, już nie jest wolna. Znalazłam 1 długi włos na narzutce, na łóżku. Pod łóżkiem znalazłam papierek zwinięty w małą kulkę. Po drugiej stronie było coś jeszcze, ale już nie chciało mi się sprawdzać co tam leży.
