Pros:

Very beautiful both inside and out.

Cons:

I didn't like the communication with the owner, they ignored my question about whether I could move in an hour earlier. Someone always leaves the main door to the street open, street dogs come into the area. And the neighbors, who have lived there for a long time, feed them FROM THE PLATES INTENDED FOR THE RESIDENTS (hygiene is absolutely not good) I would recommend fixing such things, because the villa is not one of the cheapest and you need privacy and hygiene!

Schönes interior, nettes Personal

Cons:

Es gibt keine richtige Straße; besonders in der Regenzeit ist der Weg zur Unterkunft sehr anstrengend, da er von vielen Pfützen übersät ist.

Okay for the price but things to look out.
Pros:

The property is very aesthetic and offers great value for money

Cons:

Locations is okay, hard to find TUK TUK here
We were provided with 2 contact numbers which was useful but we still had to wait for 10 mins or so.
Beds were uncomfortable and we found 2 bugs in the room.
We were provided with thin sheets rather than duvet 😕 The curtains were sheer so the room became very bright in the morning making it very hard to sleep.
