Супер 👍🏾
Pros:

Добрый отзывчивый и веселый персонал
Тихое место
Большой комфортный номер со всеми удобствами
Продлевали номер 5 раз и планируем еще остаться на 2 недели так как остальные места заезжали смотреть сменить локация
Ужас читайте отзывы они соответсвующие
Поэтому мы остаемся дальше в этом уютном хорошем отеле 🙂

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location near Kabalana beach with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Can't recommend this hotel enough. A great experience.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in Hotel Ceagull zufrieden und können es gut weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und man konnte aus verschiedenen Varianten auswählen. Die Früchteplatten die es gab waren sehr groß und es gab jeden Tag eine andere Früchteauswahl.
Für uns war die Lage des Hotels optimal und ruhig gelegen.
Toll fanden wir auch den kleinen Kühlschrank in unserem großen schönen Zimmer.
Der Weg zum schönen Kabalana Beach war gut zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
50 Meter vom Hotel entfernt gibt es das a la Carte Restaurant in dem man hervorragend essen kann.
Vor dem Restaurant gab es einen klitzekleinen Lebensmittel Shop wo man Wasser und vieles mehr kaufen konnte.

Cons:

Das Frühstück gab es leider erst ab 8.30 Uhr, Frühaufsteher müssen also sehr lange warten bis es Frühstück gibt und es hat auch dann lange gedauert bis man das komplette Frühstück am Tisch hatte.

Spectacular
Pros:

Me and my gf stayed here for 5 nights and we very enjoyed, the place is very clean spacious and in great location .
Everything I asked Ravindu I got very quickly, very good service from him and the team, breakfast was tasty with a lot of options.

Pros:

Otelin konumu kabalana beach e yürüyerek 5 dk. Otelde akşam yemeği imkanı yok ama etrafta çok güzel restoranlar var. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü.

Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is well situated for Kabalana beach and ahangama. The staff are helpful.

Cons:

There is a huge noisy generator in the courtyard which runs 24 hours a day. The aircon was leaking water which was running down the wall with a towel placed on the floor to catch the water. No hot water. We did not stay - we moved to another hotel

Staff dosent care at all about anything, but their smartphones. Sad.
Pros:

Perfect location. 3 mins from surf spots🌺

Cons:

This is the sixth place I stay couple of days in Sri Lanka. So now I know the standard in this country. Unfortunately, this hotel feels like there is no manager or owner, because the staffs 0-24 hiding behind their phone📲
Zero eye contact with customers, when you arrive or go, they just looking their phone.

It was so strange experience here. All other places are very welcoming, sometimes more than I expected as european.

Other thing is the breakfast🍳. They serve the food piece by piece. I get omlette. Then 2 minutes later bread, then I need to ask 5 mins later the remain part of the food coming or not? Then they serve, after I need to ask again to bring the tea😸😸😣 Horrible. I was thinking every day, better to go outside and pay extra for properly served breakfast.

I dont want to mention the electricity and cleaning, because I dont want to waste more word here.

The manager (if have any) should keep an eye on these things, because it can highly improve the customer experience during their stay.

Anyway the hotel has great location.

נמליץ בחום על המקום (כמבוגרים ההליכה לחוף הים כ-רבע שעה בחום הייתה מטרידה)
Pros:

צוות העובדים אדיבים, חרוצים ומסבירים פנים, כל בקשה מתבצעת מהר מאד. סייעו בכל שאלה שעלתה אם בהזמנת טוקטוק, המלצה למסז', מסעדות ביתיות בסביבה, מים ועוד....
החדר והשטח הציבורי היו נקיים ומסודרים, רואים שהם מתחזקים הכל ואת הריהוט הישיבה המיוחד במרפסת ע"מ לשמור על סטנדרט גבוה .

Cons:

ריח ועשן משריפה מכוונת של מקומיים, חבל ששדורי הטלויזיה היו משותקים לאורך כל שהייתנו (5 לילות)לטענתם בגלל שיבושי קליטה

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were nice and spacious.

Cons:

There is no lift. Had to walk up till second floor. The washroom floor slopes were improper. Water accumulates in the floor & does not drain off after bath. There is no ventilation in the washrooms so a foul odor lingers.
