Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladt on reception. Food in the restaurant very good wuality and affordable.
Had Ayurvedic massage and it was one of, if not the best ive ever had.

I would never stay here again.

Nothing really to write about. Nothing special at all.

Cons:

One of the staff was extremely unhelpful and very grumpy. It was national strike day and the front desk person was not very helpful to find me a taxi to the train station, which was very distressing to me. I had to practically beg him to find me a taxi. It was a horrible situation, and I was extremely extremely unhappy about this.

Great service and a good central Alleppey location.
Pros:

There was a great restaurant attached which served great food. There was a good range of options for breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom could do with a separate shower area, the wet room design made everything in the room wet.
